Hotel seems interior seems somewhat dated. The room was comfortable though and the breakfast reasonably good. The front desk was helpful. I did not like very much the bicycle parking in the garage, open to all and with nothing to attach the bicycles to.

This place is tired & dated. I stayed here as part of a bike trip around Lake Constance so the hotel was booked for me, and this just didn’t compare to the other hotels we stayed at. I think the vibe is intended to be retro, but it just seemed dated, 1980’s. It was very clean, I’ll give them that. But you could have filmed scary movies here…that’s the vibe. Complete with a physical key to the room, not an electronic card. The bathroom is an 80’s tub but without a full shower door so water got all over the floor. There was good water pressure but I’d be worried about old people getting in and out of the shower without injuring themselves. Breakfast was ok, but not as fresh or as much variety as other places we stayed on the trip. It’s RIGHT on the train line and it was loud even while wearing ear plugs to sleep. I would recommend skipping this place.

This hotel was comfortable and clean. It is old style from maybe the 80s. We had a room overlooking the lake. It was beside a small railway line but even with the window open noise did not annoy us. Being in the middle of town and near the lake made it a very pleasant stay. The breakfast room offered a good range of food with good service.

Unusual. The hotel is in a particular style. The rooms are very clean and comfortable but are tired and it’s probably time for an update. Very 1980. The hotel is on the railway line but it wasn’t that bad and we slept through ok. We couldn’t find much else open around the area so we ate at the hotel in the evening. There were no tables in the restaurant as it was already busy so we kind of sat in an open foyer area which was a bit strange. The young girl who seemed to work the restaurant single handedly was just amazing. A lovely girl who was working like crazy hard to keep everyone happy. She is staff member of the year for hotel Mozart. In summary the hotel is unusual. Very quirky but friendly and clean and suited our needs of a good place to rest on the cycle route but next time we might try another.

Many of the reviews here are helpful and accurate. We stayed in a lovely room overlooking the lake, which was a gorgeous view. The room was sparkling clean, soft and clean linens and an immaculate bathroom. This was our first day of a self-guided bike tour. The bikes were in the garage locked up and our luggage was transferred seamlessly to the next hotel. Breakfast was included and was the usual Euro-array of breads, fruit, meats and cheeses. Our room was RIGHT on the railroad tracks, which I actually did not find as bothersome as other travelers. I may have heard one train, but they were not all night as others have suggested. The hotel is conveniently located to everything - sights, groceries, train station, bike route. There was no air conditioning, which is well established in the reviews, so we expected it. We had an enormous rainstorm come through that night which provided some relief. Although I understand the hotel cannot add air conditioning because it is historic, I definitely could see having a fan in the room as we have seen in many other historic hotels on our trip. Overall, I would definitely recommend and would enjoy another stay at this hotel.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Produkte am Frühstücksbuffet sind wohl gute qualität, aber der Preis von 42.50 doch sehr hoch ebendalls die Preise für Kinder... 25.- auch klein Kinder... das essen die nie! Die Auswahl eher klein und das Buffet wurde schon früh nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Der Preis kann gar nicht ausgeschöpft werden. Die Gartenterasse im oberen Stock eher ungepflegt und überfüllt mit Pflanzen. Die Möbel sind bestimmt auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen...

Wir haben als Freundinnengruppe 6 Einzelzimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und stilvoll. Die Gastgeberinnen sind äusserst zuvorkommend und liebenswürdig. Auf der wunderschönen Gartenterrasse inmitten von schön gepflegten Pflanzen haben wir 2x Nachtessen genossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet (vor allem am Sonntag) war genial. Alles sehr schön zubereitet und sehr lecker. Das Lunchpaket für unseren Veloausflug war grosszügig und die Fleischkäse-Sandwiches waren genial. Wir fühlten uns wunderbar aufgehoben und können dieses gut gelegene Hotel nur empfehlen. Preis-Leistung stimmt total.

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Hafens, zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten am See. Das Seeufer bietet vielerlei Angebote, sowohl zum Verweilen, als auch Gastronomie. Das Ein- und Auschecken geht schnell. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und ruhig. Das Restaurant bietet eine gute Auswahl an Speisen, diese werden schön präsentiert und munden gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Für einen Aufenthalt in Rorschach kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.

Het volgende hotel op onze fietstocht. Erg gastvrij ontvangen; jammer dat de Hauptstrasse volop verbouwd wordt, maar toch prima kunnen bereiken. De fietsen veilig in de parkeergarage van het hotel, om de hoek maar wel met een ingang waardoor je bij de receptie uitkomt. Mooie kamer, met uitzicht op het dakterras op de eerste etage. Als extraatje gratis kaartjes voor de Badi; het zwembad op de boulevard. Dat eerst uitgeprobeerd, en daarna heerlijk gedineerd op het dakterras. Het was al wat later, dus we hebben daar een privé diner gehad, genietend van het ondergaande zonnetje en de prachtige daktuin. Ook dit weer een aanrader! Heerlijk geslapen, en na een prima ontbijt vol goede moed op pad terug naar Konstanz.
