Hotel Best Roquetas

Emailed a week prior to arrival to request a room on a high floor. Checked in on the 14 September 2024 for a three week stay and was allocated apartment 532 which was absolutely perfect with a wonderful view of the sea. Gracias. Nice touch to have some complimentary drinks in the fridge. Lovely sized apartment and balcony. The beds are big and comfortable with good wardrobe space containing a safe, which is free to use. The daily cleaning was to a very high standard. We were bed & breakfast and were really pleased with everything that was available each morning so something for everyone. My wife loved the indoor swimming pool & jacuzzi and often joined in with the aqua aerobics. There was also a lovely outdoor pool with jacuzzis and a slide and always sun beds available, whatever time of day you seek the sun. There are some great activies at the hotel such as darts, crazy golf, karaoke etc plus evening entertainment.This was our first time to Roquetas De Mar and Almeria and the coast is huge some 22 kilometres long. There is a great variety of restaurants and bars with a very flat clean promenade and beach stretching some 6.5 kilometres from Playa Serena to Playa Las Salinas. You can catch the local bus just outside the hotel to Roquetas De Mar and Almeria. If we had one gripe it would be that the table & chairs on the balcony were too small, but noticed other balconies had different tables and chairs. Overall a great first holiday in Roquetas De Mar and certainly not our last. Thanks to all at Best Roquetas….. We will definitely be back. Perfecto.

Flat dead pillows that are not comfy . The only things maids do is remake ur beds. Food is not good and most the time was under/overcooked. And was mainly seafood. Broken skirting boards. Random clump of hair. Stains on the floor. Dirty pool floor and the hot tub was cold. The inside pool was full with screaming kids and so was the inside pool.

Lovely clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Busy pool area but there is a much quieter sun terrace if you want. Towels & sheets changed regularly. We didn't go to evening entertainment so can't comment but the entertainment staff were all friendly & welcoming Food is buffet style with a different theme each evening. I have coeliac disease and the chef was amazing making sure I enjoyed my gluten free meals. Even cooking my chips separately to avoid cross contamination and telling me what was not suitable for me at each meal.
