Os cuento mi experiencia de un robo: Le regalé a mi novio un fin de semana en el hotel BEST SABINAL de roquetas de mar. Ayer por la noche me dejé mi PULSERA DE PANDORA en la jabonera de la bañera, ya que siempre al ducharme me la quito para que no se ponga negra. Hoy nos hemos ido a Almeria capital a pasar el día allí y cuando hemos llegado estaba la habitación recogida y eso, y mi PULSERA no estaba en donde la dejé. Hemos buscado por todos los rincones de la habitación, que por cierto, la limpieza era bastante regular. Nos hemos ido a recepción para ver quien ha entrado a la habitación y eso, soluciones 0. Me parece lamentable que en un hotel considerado bastante bueno y de 4 estrellas, tengan un personal de limpieza que sean ladrones.

Great Hotel & Staff in Great Location on the beach. AI food was fresh with plenty of choice at all mealtimes but the mealtime experience could have been better. The hotel is large with a lot of elderly guests and smaller children and there’s such a frenzy at all times when the restaurant was open. I couldn’t believe how people behaved getting food and getting back to their tables seeing as they had only eaten a few hours beforehand.

Beds are so comfortable, clean hotel, helpful staff, really nice food for tea. Maybe a little more variety for breakfast to suit english. The only fault I could say is paper cups for outside area with your beer which didn't taste nice and wasnt getting the full pint which you pay for, plastic would be much better! If you was inside you get your moneys worth.

Sadly we had to cut the holiday short due to a family member falling ill back home so we lost a day and half, no fault of the Hotel of course, we arrived at night, we were given a room that overlooked the top of the Kitchens of the Canteen, we did ask for an upgrade, but the hotel was fully booked, we received a cold salad meal and drinks from the bar which was a nice touch, The day after we got our bearings and went down for Breakfast which was plentiful and tasted very nice, huge choice, later on we soon found a sunbed each from the many around the pool area, cold soft drinks are on tap at the outside bar serve yourself which we thought was great, inside you can relax with a drink and a plate of crisp, the snacks outdoor bar are very good also beware if you do not speak Spanish the lady serving snacks knowns no English, i found out she understands hamburger so we touched base, we stayed AI, the dinner was ace you could choose a bottle of wine from a list with your meal, evening meal same with a Wok Station if you want one, entertainment all in Spanish but do not let that put you off, do not miss the Thursday night show, starts with bubbles for the kids and ends with superb adult entertainment that had everyone laughing, clapping and cheering, there is of course always downsides on any holiday, the room was dated and the shower over the bath was difficult to bathe under, the bed was huge though and comfy, there was a huge number of smokers here which shocked us and the smoking area is far too close to the hotel bar room , it drifts in when the doors open, people smoking on their room balconies is not really good either but these are just small moans, the bar staff and canteen staff work their socks off to make sure you are fed and watered and are very well-mannered so full marks to them, the resort is very nice, this is a very Spanish hotel so if you are uncomfortable with not many Brits around then maybe it is not for you, thanks to the Staff who assisted us along with the amazing Jet 2 rep who got us on an early flight home, your kindness will never be forgotten. PS if it possibly could, you let Christina the jet2 Rep at the hotel that our son recovered, thank you.

Just one thing could be better. At the evening,after dinner, we would like to drink our drinks in glass instead of plastic outside the building. For children plastic OK but for grown up no way. .......................................................

Near the beach. Clean hotel Very good food, but sometimes not hot enough. But you can get there so much dellicious food The beds are very!!! big. To big. Pillows not very nice. Its a busy hotel In the aria not much to do, but for relaxing very nice. We have been there for 5 times, so... I

When we first arrived we were given a room, facing over the car park and road. As this was a return visit following a stay here six years ago. We were expecting a much better room. After going back down to reception to complain. We were told all rooms in the hotel are classed as a superior rooms. This seams to have been a failure on our travel agents part. We had to pay an extra £125 to upgrade to a better room. There were two staff that went out of their way to make our stay a good one. The first one was the maid that cleaned our room. The second one was the waiter that served us at breakfast and lunchtime in the disabled area of the dinning room. The rest of the staff didn't seam to care about the guests at all. The cleaners were mopping the floors by the dining room every time and the floor was slippy. This to us seamed to be a very bad time to clean this area. When you have a lot of disabled guests. The food was nowhere near the standard that it was six years ago. It's a shame as it could be a very good hotel again. The disabled are well catered for. I don't think we will be returning any time soon.
