Motel Blue Sapphire

The experience of staying in motel blue sapphire, roorkee was very good. The staff and service are also very fast and special attention is also cleanliness. Excellent service.c

They had given my room to somebody else and so they had no room for me in-spite of paying advance on make my trip. They shifted me to a nearby guest house for a day. This is so embarrassing and insulting that inspite of booking and paying advance on make my trip, they did not hon-our the commitment. I would think twice before booking on make my trip.

Room is good, clean but with no ventilation also considering rs 2500 room it was quite small and closed packed

Worst service i have ever had. No response from reception

My stay experience was excellent in terms of hygiene, food quality and staff behaviour. I had stayed there for a day. The staff was polite and very supportive. They are giving the best service and the quality of the food is way above then any 3 or 4 star hotel. Thanks to jay prakash dubey for giving such a delightful customer service experience. Good work, keep it up!

The property is well located at the centre point. It's an average hotel with no amenities, except a restaurant, which serves good food at reasonable rate. The cleanliness needs to be improved as well the maintenance. Staffs are helpful and well behaved. The strangest part is the hotel charges for basic things like drinking water served in roon, dental kit. No shaving kit, shoe shiner, etc was available. It can be marked as basic hotel, just for a night stay.
