首先表揚前台的MAY，笑容親切，能夠提供很多幫助，感謝。下次預訂準備直接找她了。
位置：在郊野公園裡麪，離活力小鎮超級近，但離郊野公園門口和辛瑪動物園稍遠。
房間：房間比較大，大床房比雙床房貴一些，露台不錯，該有的設施基本都有。有4瓶礦泉水，好評。
其他：沒有健身房和游泳池，但是住這裏的基本上都是要出去玩的，基本上也就無所謂了。早餐比較一般，加錢定了有早餐的房間，感覺不是太值。
門口的自動售賣機很平價，裏面的鍋巴很好吃。
總體還是值得住的，性價比比較高。

除了離遊玩的公園近以外 服務上一無是處 想辦法騙顧客的錢 各種子虛烏有的賠償制度 國家想改變這裏 但是素質差是根本改變不了的事實 下次試試院內的建國酒店吧 也不知道怎麼樣 這個是再也不來了 太可怕了😱

身為一個在親子樂園附近的酒店 小童用品一概沒有 酒店大堂巨冷 吃飯餐廳也巨冷還要穿着大棉襖 早餐更是無法吃 啥啥都沒有 就算還有的也是涼的 衹有麪條現煮告知沒麪了要等二十分鐘 八點半去吃早餐啥也沒吃到

衞生、服務都特別棒，房間乾淨整潔明亮，服務員都很熱情温柔，站門口處的大堂先生隨時關心大家的需要，很温暖。
就是目前樓道會放有好多小桶，可能漏水，也感覺酒店潮濕，還需要多做防水 處理和通風，八月天又是北方，應該乾燥為好！
早餐那個雞湯餛飩/麪條，待服務員煮好後自己加湯加佐料，調好，特別好喝！推薦推薦～

地方在綠博園裡麪，不算好找，周邊環境還是可以的。感覺是新裝修不久的，屋裡還有味。前台小姐姐似乎上崗不久，業務不是很熟練。
這還都不是重點，接下來酒店的設施和服務真的是氣的我一口老血都要吐出來。
帶寶寶出行，母乳瓶喂需要冰箱存奶。到了發現冰箱一點熱氣沒有，電話前台報修，兩個小時才有人來，修到晚上説是修好了其實就是把冰箱換了個地方放，勉強有點涼意，但還是不夠涼，臨走時忍痛還是把兩瓶奶倒掉了。
寶寶和阿姨睡套間客廳（套間就是在客廳加了張單人床），結果發現客廳空調沒發調温，一直20度左右温度，叫了幾次維修人員來都沒法搞定，寶寶裹緊被子勉強睡了一夜第二天疑似感冒。
次日冰箱還是不涼找前台詢問是否可放冰櫃，告知沒冰櫃衹有前台冰箱，放進去了半個小時，臨走去拿的時候等了半天找不到服務員，我自己去拿奶，結果這時服務員大媽出現了！質問我是誰怎麼拿冰箱裏東西。我。。。
其實本來氣往肚子裏咽了沒打算再費勁寫評價，結果酒店長者家不管自己這些糟爛的服務，時隔倆月給我打了好幾個電話讓我還他們當時給孩子要的一個嬰兒枕頭，否則要賠償！
那正好，既然時隔倆月還不忘我這個老顧客，我也不忘你們的美麗服務，我就要寫寫評價，讓大家看看，這是一家怎樣糟爛的酒店，如果不想被氣吐血，那還是儘早避雷！

前台楊一凡美女主動為我們家長者從無露台房間升級為帶露台房間，長者可以坐在露台的藤椅上欣賞林間美景。謝謝，非常暖心！
酒店的服務很好，早餐很豐富，晚餐做的很有品味。周圍的夜景非常美，傍晚出來散步還是很愜意的。

這個酒店衹有大廳看着特別好，房間裏面衞生間特別騷氣，一直反味道，而且隔音也不好，都沒有休息好，一到晚上他們工作人員在樓下打牌，特別吵，服務態度也不好，我們給孩子帶的餃子，拿到樓下問問能不能熱，那個餐廳特別瘦戴個眼鏡，看着30多這麼個女的，他當時就説不行，而且特別看不起人的那個樣子，我就説我打電話問了前台，説可以熱我才下來，他們那個男的胖胖的看我老在這裏説，就跟他説去後廚熱一下，這個女的就特別不情願熱去了，出來的時候把東西扔到桌子上，而且都沒熱透，我們吃的泡麪，叫了房間打掃，他們這裏的打擾衞生的人，説仍不了，你這個泡麪我們處理不了，你們自己扔吧，我住這麼貴的酒店，體驗感巨差，這裏的服務員特別看不起人，能不搭理你就不搭理你，問他們這個水是免費的不，也不搭理，就好像一副高端櫃姐那麼個樣子，我真心勸姐妹們去這裏的人，不要被他高檔的外表所迷惑，裏面真的是什麼也不是，特別差！
