This hotel stole my money.
when i did check-in, They said I had to pay $50 for deposit.
so I paid with my credit card. However, I checked later and found that $112.3 was paid 20 seconds before $50 was paid.
I complained about this, but they didn't offer any solutions. They just said they didn't know why it happened.
$50 was refunded, but $112.3 was not.
I'm currently having a hard time resolving this issue with Trip.com and the credit card company.
can I ever get my money back from these thieves?

The rooms amenities could be better. I left my wallet at the room. But i got to know my wallet was not with me until i reached the airport. Later i called and they said it isn’t there. I am not blaming, but i am 90% sure it was there.

I recently stayed at the Howard Johnson by Wyndham Romulus Detroit Metro Airport, and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end! The convenience of this location, just minutes from the airport, made my travel stress-free. Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to rest peacefully.
From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was plush and inviting, providing the perfect environment for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including the fast Wi-Fi and the in-room coffee maker, which made my stay even more convenient.
