The door is small and there is almost no lobby, but the service is good

It's very close to the central area. A few hundred meters away is the Wishing Pool. By the way, I went to the famous street.
If it is not good, you will hear the sound of large garbage trucks and delivery trucks at three or four in the morning.

The transportation is very convenient, right in the city center. I think this is a hotel where the public areas are much more beautiful than the rooms. There is no big surprise inside the room, but the public areas are really beautiful. The service is also very good. The only bad thing is that the deposit is very high and it can't be returned in half a day (it has been almost 10 days since I checked out and the deposit has not been returned 🙃)

Highly recommended hotel!
Stayed here for the last 2 nights of our European trip. The Colosseum can be seen from the window. The location is great! The subway station, the Colosseum and various ruins are right at the door. You can walk to Plaza de España, the Trevi Fountain and other attractions within 20 minutes.
A quiet road in the middle of the hustle and bustle, very quiet at night!
The room size is really impressive in Rome! To be exact, there are no such generous rooms in the entire Europe.
The entire suite is a suite with a living room➕bedroom. The layout is comfortable and elegant, very comfortable!
Breakfast can be enjoyed in the room. It only costs 10 euros per person, but it is very rich!
All the service staff in the hotel are also very enthusiastic, giving us a great impression at the end of our European trip! ! !

A wonderful mini-hotel on a small square in the center of Rome! 15 minutes walk from Termini station, about the same to the Pantheon and the Colosseum!
The room is small, but everything you need is there! There were slippers, no robes. Linen and towels are of good quality. Among my 4 pillows, one was orthopedic 👌🏻
Breakfast on the roof terrace - very nice and since it is under a canopy, very comfortable in the heat! They give prosecco and freshly squeezed juice, you can ask them to make pancakes. So there are croissants, sliced cheese / sausage, yogurt, cereal, tea / coffee, fruit, muffins. One of the workers at breakfast is wonderful Roma (from St. Petersburg)! And an excellent administrator at the reception 🔥
Downstairs near the hotel there is a square with a bar and a restaurant - until late there are a lot of people and quite noisy, but with the windows closed it did not bother me!
Cons: for some reason the overhead tropical shower didn't work🤷🏻♀️ and there was nowhere to hang the side shower (but the pressure and water control are excellent). The towel holder by the sink and the handle in the bathtub are not attached very well.

The room is spacious enough for me and my friend to open our luggage at the same time and still lots of room to walk around with the case opened. The bed and linens are comfortable. Desk to long and wide, with two chairs allow us to use and put on daily skin care together. Only if they could setup slippers in room and add in tooth brush and tooth paste in the bathroom then it will be perfect. Location wise there are quite a lot of restaurants around and it is very close to the central terminal, just a 5-10 minutes walk. You can also take bus or train around to travel around attractions in Rome very easily. There are 2-3 receptionists in the check in counter, they are very knowledgeable to Rome and hotel product knowledge, hope they could keep smile on faces and more friendly. Also I request a non need service to our room to the housekeeping attendant on the second day, but we came back to the room and found it was cleaned. Attached the photo is the door stopper which I found good for the attendant they don’t need to bend their back and also to protect the door from getting starches at the same time.

The attitude of the five-star hotel I have ever stayed in is the worst. The hotel service staff at the door never pulls the door to the guests (it is not only us to observe), the chat content is full of impolite and swear words 🤬, the quality is amazing, the attitude is speechless, impolite, Not thoughtful, not service, do not know their work content and work attitude. Is it the Sofitel Sofitel in Italy 🇮🇹 that does not employ qualified personnel? Or is the company not responsible for employee training? Or is the company's salary dissatisfied? The hotel is very good, only 3-4 minutes from the Vatican, there is a 24-hour McDonald's for two minutes on the side, convenient to eat, about 5 minutes from the bus station. However, it is more troublesome to get off the subway station. It takes 12-14 minutes to walk. It is troublesome to carry luggage. Traveling to Rome, I unexpectedly booked this Ibis, which is exceptionally good value. It is less than a kilometer walk from the subway. The hotel is next to a quiet community on a high ground. It is very quiet, and people are running in the early morning. The transportation is convenient, and the nearby bus and light rail are good to go everywhere. The key is that the breakfast is particularly rich. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Wenzhou people next to the subway station. Occasionally, you can adjust your stomach. It is not expensive and quite authentic. I went out to play in Pompeii for a day, and the luggage was stored in the hotel. The service was also very good. It will still be my first choice next time I come.

Mini bar food and refrigerator drinks (Coke, Sprite, Orange Juice, Soda, 2 bottles of mineral water) are free, but they are no longer added after use. The breakfast was great and very rich. There is an open-air bar on the top floor, which is open at night. You can sit down and chat without a drink. The hotel is ideally located for all of Rome’s sights.

GGuest UserStaff was very friendly and helpful. Kept our luggage for us. Breakfast was good! Scrambled eggs were superb, good bacon and European cold cuts. Room a little small and AC was a little slow to cool us down due to sun exposure. We were on the first floor a bit exposed, wish we had been higher. Train station, subway station and all services right across the street. A good place to spend a little time as a tourist in Rome.

There are plenty of nearby spots to grab something to eat, which is convenient. Breakfast was simple but well-organized, and the staff kept it well-stocked throughout the morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
One downside of the room was that there was only one power outlet, which I found surprising for a double room. I would expect at least two outlets in such a setup. Another letdown was the advertised laundry room, which unfortunately didn’t exist during my stay.
Overall, it was a good experience, but I personally expected a bit more from a four-star hotel.

JjimmyzhangyeThe first hotel to stay after arriving in Italy, 7-8 minutes walk from the subway station. There is a bus at the door to the Plaza de Espana. Because the surrounding areas are residential areas, it feels that prices are much cheaper than scenic spots. The bed at Best Western is still very comfortable, but the Italian double bed is composed of two beds. If there are children sleeping, it is better to make a large bed.
