The hotel room is not big but very clean. Picture 2 is the view from the window in the room. The location is good, about 8 minutes walk to Castel Sant'Angelo. The hotel can provide paid airport shuttle service. The front desk can help to call a taxi. The service is very good. Breakfast is divided into cold dishes and a la carte hot dishes, with high cost performance, and their coffee is good. Picture 1 is the mini bar that the hotel delivers every day👍
The location is very good, the area is safe and lively with many places to eat, and it is within walking distance of major attractions. The facilities are complete, and the breakfast is on the top floor with a wide range of sweet and savory items.

The first impression was - terrible, a very small room, the bed/pillows are not the most comfortable, there is too little space, there is nowhere to put a suitcase, there is nowhere to put the breakfast tray, the breakfast itself is purely Italian (lots of bread, croissants, jams, yoghurts and coffee), but I want scrambled eggs and sausage. The shower in the bathroom is just for gnomes, I don’t know how my husband washed himself there, but I, a little girl, could barely fit in there.
Also in the morning there is constant noise, because... The reception is located right next to the room, you can hear everything.
But!!! There are such amazing people who work there, very kind and nice! and also a super location next to Piazza Navona.
Therefore, I simply cannot write a bad review, because when booking I knew that this was not a luxury hotel, but a weak three-room hotel.
In general, I want to say thank you to the girl at the reception (in my opinion, she is the main one there), she is simply fantastic!
The breakfast is very delicious, the best hotel in the whole of Europe, the bread crumbs and the powdered almond raisin bread are delicious and unforgettable. The most important thing is the hot freshly baked, although every day. What are the varieties but every day let you look forward to the next day's breakfast, the breakfast room is not big but very elegant, the restaurant waiter moves gently, timely food, very polite and elegant. The room is not big, but the bed is very big, the bathroom is very large, the towel bar is heated. The thick clothes washed in winter are dry for a day, very convenient. Great location. Going to the Vatican is also more than 20 minutes, crossing the bridge is a commercial area. There are many restaurants on the old stone road. The pizza that bought a red pizza shop is very delicious. It is amazing to pack it at the hotel! This hotel with good service, good breakfast and convenient location is highly recommended!
This is the most luxurious hotel on this trip.
When we booked a 3-person room, we should have directly opened the connecting door of the two adjacent double rooms and turned them into suites for us. The area of a standard room is not large.
The hotel provides welcome champagne, handwritten welcome cards, and ACQUA DI PARMA for bath products.
The bed is relatively comfortable, the bath towels are thick and soft, and the mini bar has a rich variety. Two free bottles of mineral water and sparkling water are provided daily.
Opposite the hotel is a military-related government department, so there are soldiers on hand throughout the day, which makes me feel instantly safe. Of course, the curtains may not be fully open during the day, because it is too close to the office building opposite.
The location is very good. It is only ten minutes' walk from Castel Angel and Vatican City. It is very comfortable to run along the river in the morning.
The only thing that is not ideal is that there are too few types of breakfast, each person has a fixed set, and there are a small amount of self-service fruits, yogurt and drinks.
The breakfast was very good, ham cheese and cappuccino were the favorites; the location was good and most of the sights were walkable; the waiter's attitude was the best in Italy; the room was small but very warm.

Great
GGuest UserThe Bathtube was chipped, with big rust stains con the marble. The bathroon door hits the bidet every time you open it. The breakfast was very rich but with no meat, because “they’re vegetarians”. When you go to a five stars hotel tou exepct something different. At the check in they even ask for a credit card or a 50 euro deposit in case you finish off their minibar. I was really not pleased.
GGuest UserThis hotel was a brilliant find for a good price. We loved it. It has so much character and I have to say that it felt very safe and secure. The staff was friendly and helpful without being in your face. The location was great, very near Piazza Navona. The Colosseum was the furthest thing from it and it was a pleasant walk, taking about 20 - 25 minutes. We loved Rome, it’s beautiful and Passepartout was definitely a part of that.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a quiet location near the Tiber River.
A pleasant and thoughtful interior, clean room! Big bed, with clean, fresh quality bedding give you a good rest after long trips.
Clean, neat bathroom with modern plumbing equipment necessary hygiene.
The room has a TV, drinks (water, prosecco), a comfortable closet in the niche, with a safe with a key, air conditioner. The floor is a wooden parquet, so it is not cold.
On the respiratory can be poured coffee or tea at any moment and sit at a cozy table under a loud musical accompaniment.
Breakfast is organized in another hotel (five minutes walk). I consider it an advantage because it does not interfere with the smell of cooking. And provides light warming from the morning.
The staff are friendly and responsive!
I would choose this hotel again!
NNATALIAThe location of the hotel is very good, next to the castle of the Holy Angel. There is a cozy cafe for dinner downstairs. The room is on the second floor. The room has snow-white linen, coffee, cream, tea, shower accessories, hair dryer. Windows with soundproofing, there are shutters. Daily cleaning in the room. The reception is open from 9:00 to 15:00, we arrived to check in after 15:00, contacted the administrator by phone, a nice girl, provided all the necessary information to access the room. Upon check-out, we paid a city tax of 5 euros per person per day. I recommend the hotel.
