Hotel Bintang 3 di Rome

A really nice clean hotel. Very basic - a few bottles of water or toiletries would have been nice but absolutely perfect if you're staying in the city for a few days. Close to good restaurants and near to the Metro and train station

Everything spot on! Just unlucky that the lift wasn’t working when I was there and had to walk up 5th floor. The rooftop was closed as well. The non-bunk bed in a 3 bed room can be quite awkward without any personal space.

The hotel is located more than centrally, walking to almost all destinations in Rome The hotel is undergoing renovation work, but it is well set up and does not bother you. The hallways are unfinished and the rooms fit perfectly. They are quite small rooms. Ideal to sleep, shower, watch TV for a few minutes and rest. The breakfast area is correct, in my opinion it is consistent with a 3 star, there is a lot of staff and many places to have breakfast. This area has many nooks and crannies to a board game area.

It's not the first time I use this hotel, but in the last experience I noticed some changes (change of management?) such as the lack of hand towels (provided only for the shower and bidet) and by pointing it out they took me for a bit crazy ... however they added one for the shower. A bit of maintenance in the bathroom missing. I pointed out that the jet of the bidet tap was excessively out of control. They promptly changed my room. (In the absence of the maintenance man) But ... they did not update my presence in the new room in fact while I was showering a lady entered the room (with the magnetic card) to whom they had assigned the same room and it was empty. Embarrassing situation! In 4 days of stay, twice the magnetic card of the room was demagnetized and replaced. Staff very present to all these inconveniences and very kind in solving the problems. Last thing (always found) malfunction of the Internet ... if, after using it, you leave ... next time it will not restore automatically but you will have to repeat the procedure.

Next to the fountain, 5 minutes from the Renaissance department store

This place was very convenient, located just a 10-15 minutes walk away from Roma Termini. It is also surrounded by cafes and restaurants and supermarket. We had a good stay here! Room was also made daily. There was also a very cool lift system

The location is very good. You can take the subway or shuttle from the airport to Termini train station, then follow the map to take bus 71, get off and walk 700 meters to the hotel. It is very convenient to go to attractions, shopping, and Chinese restaurants around

The single room is really too small, and the hotel is a bit old. Fortunately, the hotel is conveniently located. It is a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum and a 15-minute walk to Plaza de España. Marco at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful.

A good small boutique hotel near Roma termini. The reception was good and welcoming. Overall the everything was as mentioned in the booking. A few small issues: 1) The room floor is very sticky. 2) The bathroom is too small. 3) Towels had a pungent smell.

We had a great experience at this hotel and the rooms are surprisingly big for Europe with lots of space in the bedroom and a roomy bathroom. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is very convenient and we were a 10 minute walk to Roma Termini and within a half an hour walk of the many sights of Rome like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. There are many good restaurants in the area too.
