Residenza Termini

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and spotless and had everything that you would need. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. The kitchen had a hob, microwave and toaster and a good sized fridge with icebox. Access is via a keypad on the outside and there is a lift. The proprietor has an office in the building and can be reached by text. We had a small issue with plumbing which was quickly resolved. It was not far from Termini station, but was in a pleasant area. There are restaurants close by and the supermarket was round the corner. There are also cafes close by. It was not far from both the red and blue lines on the metro. Altogether I would recommend for a visit to Rome.

Wonderful lodging in a very convenient location. It took us about 5 minutes to walk with rolling luggage from the Termini train station. Check-in instructions were easy to follow. We were met by a friendly lady who walked us through the apartment and provided us with maps and details about restaurants and groceries nearby. The apartment was very spacious with comfortable furnishings. I was originally concerned about traffic noise when we arrived because we were on the ground floor but there were double windows and we couldn't hear anything when they were closed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including an electric kettle. Hot water was consistent and water pressure was good. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom. The bed was comfy and the bedroom was dark with black-out curtains. There is an outside courtyard that we used for relaxing with a glass of wine and a book after a day of exploring. We found we could get on the Hop-On-Hop Off bus about four blocks away which was fabulous for us. There is a good grocery store two blocks away. There is also a great Deli about 4 blocks away for buying a sandwich for lunch or if you are traveling by train out of Rome. The neighborhood felt really safe and we had no issues wandering around. Very easy place to spend time in and we would stay here again without hesitation.

We booked 2 bedroom apartment for 5 nights for family of 4. It was a very spacious and clean. It is only 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini station. The apartment itself is very good. However, there are not much shops and restaurant nearby. Next time I will stay near the Pantheon area as there are shops and restaurants everywhere there.

Look the same as in pictures. Simple non-frill hotel apartment. Very clean. Ever corners in the apartment is dust free. Walking distance to metro stations & to the main Termini station. Good huge supermarket just at the corner. Tv has lots of channels to choose

Great location 5 minute walk to the train terminal. Hostess was very helpful and let us check in early, which was great after a 9.5 hour flight !! We stayed for 4 nights, the neighbor hood had a grocery store and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk The apartment was just like their pictures on the website

Lovely modern apartments in an old building. Everything about the apartment explained by the friendly lady at check in. Comfortable king bed in a good sized bedroom. Great shower and WiFiNice and quiet yet only 5/7 minutes from Termini Station. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

What a wonderful apartment- a true find. Spacious, clean and well-appointed- about 8 minutes walk from Termini train station. Anna was a lovely hostess- she showed around the apartment, gave us loads of information on local shops and restaurants. She also gave us a great map to navigate the sights of Rome. We can’t recommend Residenza Termini enough, and wouldn’t hesitate booking there again.

I spent four happy nights here in March, my first trip to Rome in 44 years. I booked early and got the suite I wanted, looking out at the garden trees across the street. Modernized, secure, quiet, large spaces, a very nice part of the city close to the Termini station; and Anna was worth her weight in gold, very helpful in any number of ways like receiving my lost luggage. As comfortable as you can get in Rome unless you're in the fancy hotel world. It is not a hotel, they're condominiums.
