Excellent location in the heart of Ostia. A cosy 3-bedroom B&B, with a great host. Charming place with character. Parking around may be tricky, depending on the season and the time of the day, but you will find to park eventually, maybe a few hundred meters away.

We had a lovely stay here. Perla and Riccardo are wonderful hosts, and the location is perfect. We came here in February, the off season, straight from the airport to adjust from jet lag and visit Ostia Antica. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

I had a relaxing 24-hour visit at Barocchetto and Perla and Ricardo made it easy. Appreciated the responsiveness of the hosts and the quiet of this space in off season, and assisting with taxi. Thank you for your hospitality and graciousness.

My stay in Ostia was not long but very pleasant. Thanks to the warm welcome of Perla and Riccardo. The room was clean and had everything you need. The atmosphere is very cozy. There is a common veranda and terrace. The location is close to the sea. I recommend it.

Wow 🫶💫 Just spend 2 days at this Bella B@B. The place is so romantic and idyllic and and it is located perfect. The Beach is very nice for swimming and relaxing and the small city is so cute with very good restaurants and a super nice market on Wednesdays. Me and my friend stayed for two nights in July at this small and cute B&B and couldn’t have been happier about it. Obviously this is not the standard hotel room you would expect from a bigger establishment, but what it might lack in that regard it perfectly makes up for in quirky charm. Also, the AC worked perfectly and without noise (it was very hot so this was much appreciated)! The owners, Perla and Ricardo, are very nice and friendly, and gave us some useful advice on our further travels. The B&B is perfectly located right on a pedestrian street and only a few minutes from the beach. There is plenty of room on the terrace which overlooks the pedestrian street, perfect for relaxing and people watching in the evening. Would definitely stay there again.
