Ulasan Hotel Valentino Palace

I was thinking whether or not to write this, but decided to do so because it would or might help others, please keep your expensive thing under lock and key! There’s no locker in the room!

For the price was really good. The area was like Stathmos Larissis in Athens (not feeling extra safe in night) and the people working there were friendly and helpful. The bathroom ventilation and air condition were noisy but you could turn them off.

The hotel is clean, in a convenient location. The amenities are basic. It's a very good choice for a short stay!

It may be hard to find because there is no sign, but it is located almost right in front of the train station, so the location is really, really good. It is a place where everything is fine just because of the location.

It was my first trip to Rome, so I was very worried. I arrived at the hotel at 9 p.m., and the male staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. Thank you. The room was assigned to the 3rd floor. It was a very clean room that had been remodeled. I stayed there for 2 days without any inconveniences and it was very nice. There is a Chinese restaurant right in front of the hotel, a pizza restaurant next to it, and it was really close to Termini Station, which was nice. The bathroom was close to the reception on the 1st floor and it was clean. It seems that some rooms have not been remodeled. When you get off the elevator, the left side seems to have been remodeled, and the right side seems to have not been remodeled yet. I am not sure.

The room was very comfortable and clean, although a bit noisy as it was next to the elevator and reception.

Dated and poorly maintained hotel. The only advantage I found is that it is close to Termini station. In my opinion the score of 8.1 is too high for a hotel of this type. And I'm wondering what they found in this hotel to give it such a score, especially when it comes to two people at the reception who instead of helping customers start arguing and arguing with them. The reception staff is argumentative, especially the woman, except for the gentleman who works at night who is kind and serious. I asked by calling (telephoning) the reception from my cell phone as there is no phone in the room and I asked: where is the "do not disturb"? They answered me that THERE IS NOT, they do not have a "do not disturb" that is placed on the door... at this point I asked and repeated several times that I do not want the room to be made up, and despite this they made up the room. When I told the front desk that they made my room even though I asked no, they gave me absurd and illogical answers, and confirmed that they understood that I did not want them to make my room. I would not go back!

The hotel is 2 minutes walk from Termini, and 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum, the location is super. It was perfectly clean, cleaning every day! Special thanks to Luca, the sweetest and most welcoming! He met me, told me what to see, where to eat, everything was very welcoming! I will come back again!

It's super bad. It discriminates against Chinese people. The actual room was different from the one booked. I booked a room with a partitioned toilet from the second landlord for almost 1,000. The reservation was 18 square meters. When I actually checked in, it couldn't even fit a 1.3m wide bed. After communicating with the boss, he said We booked this shabby room. We had to pay extra to stay in a good one😡. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service communicated with us about changing rooms. After changing rooms three times, the profiteer boss showed us the same room as the picture we reserved. The bathroom in the room did not have hot water and the door was special. It's small and hard to find. There is no lobby. It's at the level of a county guest house. The proprietress's attitude is particularly bad. She almost gave it to Italian profiteers. Please avoid it! !

The location is very good, very close to the train station, so traveling is very convenient. The triple room is on the top floor and is very quiet. The store's exterior facade is a bit easy to miss during renovation.
