We stayed here for 4 nights and found it to be acceptable. The main positives are the location which is right next to the spanish steps and the Spagna metro station. Also, there is a free breakfast in the restaurant right outside the hotel. They offer you only limited options from the menu, but its great to get your day started. The hotel itself seems like it was once pretty luxurious, or at least that's what they were going for. However, it definitely needs some upkeep. We had the izen, which seems to be the largest room. It was very dark and quite worn out. The hot-tub seemed nice, but was rather difficult just to take a regular shower in. The wardrobe was also very old. The staff were friendly but we didn't really interact with them a lot. They are supposed to be onsite starting 8:15 but they always showed up about half an hour late. Check-in was smooth but they also didn't explain anything about the room or offer much information. All in all, I would only consider staying here for the location and the included breakfast, but it wasn't the most comfortable stay.

We booked by agoda the room for 6 nights 2 month ago at very good price.we got there 2 days ago and got a tiny room without closet, no light, it was impossible to stay there.we left after short time to another hotel We ask for some refund since we wanted to cancel, they refer us to agoda, agoda refers us to the owners.they didn't cancel even partially It is in very central area short way to the Spanish steps. They may have bigger room. But be careful What to get. Next time I go to any hotel I'll first check the room and than check in. Any way not agoda nor irooms get any recommendations from me

Great location by spanish steps and comfy beds. After numerous visits, we were looking forward to our stay, however this time the rooms were very dusty and do need a lick of paint. Also breakfast was meant to be included but we were told it wasn't included in our room rate even though the lovely lady on reception had said the day before how to go for breakfast etc.

Appena arrivato in struttura, sono stato accoto da una signora che faticava a parlare italiano, il che ha reso la comunicazione piuttosto difficile. La camera assegnatami era ampia, ma totalmente inadatta per un viaggiatore d'affari. Le dotazioni presenti sembravano essere perfette forse negli anni '90, ma ne 2024 risultano obsolete. Ad esempio, anziché servizi moderni, c'era una vasca idromassaggio che riduceva lo spazio e una lampade con cromoterapia sopra al letto, del tutto inappropriate per un ambiente di riposo. Il problema più grande era la mancanza di una tenda o di un oscurante alla finestra, il che significava essere svegliati dai primi bagliori dell'alba, vanificando così il riposo necessario per chi viaggia per lavoro. In conclusione, sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque viaggi per motivi lavorativi. Spero che possano migliorare i loro servizi per offrire un'esperienza più adeguata ai tempi moderni.

Appartamento dove sono state create 5 camere e una piccola reception. L’organizzazione e’ perfetta dalle info sull’arrivo alla disponibilità di tenere bagagli prima di partire, all’accesso alla struttura con chiavi elettroniche. Le camere sono essenziali, piccole ma se andate per turismo e siete una coppia sono perfette. La colazione offerta al bar fronte ingresso un 10! In se soggiorno apprezzato, gentilezza della reception e disponibilita’. Lati negativi: un po’ rumorose ma essendo la struttura un affitta camere non può’ essere paragonata ad un hotel, la pulizia e’ essenziale , non sono assolutamente sporche ma nemmeno perfette. La posizione e’ veramente ottima pertanto consiglio decisamente questa struttura, ma se siete dei “perfettini e pignoli” che guardano i dettagli cercate altro. Noi siamo stati bene, facendo turismo praticamente la stanza la usiamo dalle 22 alle 08 di mattina !!

Locale in pienissimo centro a Roma a due passi tra alcuni tra i luoghi Iconici della Città Terna tra cui Piazza di Spagna. Stanze innovative e high tech, letti comodi, ottimo confort termico nonostante il caldo esterno afoso, bagno piccolo forse troppo e senza bidet, e migliorabile il Wi-Fi.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti in questa struttura, la posizione è perfetta. La brutta sorpresa l'abbiamo avuta la mattina dopo il nostro arrivo, quando la ragazza alla reception ci ha negato il coupon per la colazione dicendo che la colazione non era inclusa!!! La colazione è pubblicizzata tra i servizi offerti e in nessun modo " selezionabile" come servizio aggiuntivo! Ho trovato questo comportamento scorretto e ingannevole.

Super zentral, freundlich und sauber! Ich war nun schon zum dritten mal im iRooms Spanish Steps und kann es wirklich empfehlen! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen, die Lage kann kaum besser sein. Das Frühstück im La Buvette ist ebenfalls perfekt und lässt kaum Wünsche offen! Supermärkte und Co sind keine 5min entfernt und die Bahn ist auch fast vor der Tür. Zudem wird ein Fahrservice für den Airport angeboten! Die Zimmer sind teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, werden aber nach und nach renoviert und sind dann wieder top modern. Wir kommen wieder!

Io e il mio ragazzo avevamo prenotato una stanza presso "iRooms Forum & Colosseum"; a causa di un problema con quella struttura, ci hanno trasferito in questa ( " iRooms Spanish Steps " ) comportandosi benissimo. Infatti, ci hanno dato una stanza dal valore molto superiore rispetto a quello che avevamo pagato ( stanza " iZen " con jacuzzi con idromassaggio ). Tuttavia, per essere delle stanze che, sul sito, si presentano cosí di lusso peccano di alcune cosine: • abbastanza polvere sulle varie mensole; • gli asciugamani a noi, in 4 giorni, non sono mai stati cambiati; • il letto non è mai stato rifatto; • il bar di fronte alla struttura con cui essa è convenzionata per le colazioni non ci ha trattato per nulla bene, direi malissimo. Magari, alcuni di questi difetti sono dovuti al fatto che la receptionist (sempre molto gentile) è anche colei che si occupa di pulire le stanze e di tutto il resto; non so se questo avvenga sempre oppure solo ad Agosto (periodo di ferie).
