EXCELLENT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my third stay at this hotel in each stay's was wonderful. Also the hotel is facilities is alway clean and ready with a smile to meet it guest. The staff is always wonderful courteous and very professional that’s why I return every year. I hope to see them next year thanks for a enjoyable trip. Mrs. G.

Location was good 17 min to Trevi Fountain 30 min walking to Collesuem , after that Vatican museum takes 30 min with taxi and around 20 Euro, location was quite good. No water , no cattle in the room , no tissue , very old furniture first night stay was good but 2nd night next room all voices was in our room. I couldnt sleep 1 hour

Service is #1 in my book and the concierge and staff at Hotel Romanico Palace & Spa go above and beyond! Not only that, the hotel is in a perfect location to explore the heart of Rome! The rooms are very spacious and throw you into the culture and history of Italy. It's great to have a bar on site as well as a delicious plentiful breakfast plus the views from there and the rooftop are magical. I will recommend this hotel to all of my travel clients, friends and family! Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Really friendly staff with good English. Room was comfortable although the bed was on the firm side but after a day's walking, it really didn't affect our sleep. Breakfast on the terrace was good. Front desk can arrange taxis very quickly to drive to locations rather than walk but you are not far from the Spanish steps, Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Vatican and Colosseum are a little further so we took a cab. It was nice to walk back to the hotel and explore other parts of the city on the way especially small little restaurants. Be advised however that the walk is up hill on the way back and quite steep. The location is good as it's close enough to the city but far enough out to be quiet. Overall a really good hotel. Added bonus, fridge/mini bar in room and a safe.

Stayed at the Romanico palace hotel for 3 nights. What a lovely place to stay. Decor was unique and charming. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Just outside of the main centre it was approximately between 10- 20 mins walk to the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and Colleseum. We got a taxi to and from the Vatican as this was an hours walk which we didn’t fancy after walking the other days all day. I would definately recommend this hotel for a stay.

Well what a disappointment, the write up about the hotel is so wrong. When we arrived we got to check in there was a man waiting to take our bags ,or so we thought. We filled in forms for check in, then we're told the way to go. So no help with luggage got to our room wow it was not the best smallest room I've ever stayed in, nothing like the photos or write up. There was a kettle and 2 cups, however no tea or coffe??? So as we only have 4 days here we wanted to get out and about. The hotel was booked for the location. We had a lovely afternoon at the Spanish steps had a lovely late lunch, back to the hotel we thought a drink before we went to our room. We waited for about 10 minutes and not a sole anywhere. Just went. We looked at the prices of using the infinity pool €100. for 2 hours, spa €45 per person with no treatment just facilities. Prosecco in room €50, champagne €100, chocolates £25, and a cake €50 Anyway had a lovely evening out in a local restaurant. Following morning breakfast. What a joke, cooked breakfast considered of bacon and scrambled eggs. That were not hot. The rest was low grade cold meat , cheese. Yoghurt and fruit, pastrys There was serial but no oat or almond milk, so I couldn't have that, There was a menu, that you could order from , at a price. Build eggs €3, Smoked salmon and eggs, €10 there was a few things eggs benadict, or Royal, all around €10. There was a good selection of tea, but the water was luke warm . so get some bags and take back to your room with you. This place is a total rip off, no atmosphere at all. After a day or so, I was in the room and you could see thick dust above the lights, and the picture rail. Up to eye level was clean, it was the same in the shower, top tiles black in-between tiles on the grout the lower level was fine. We just decided to make the most of it. The following day was mu 60th birthday, we had a fabulous day out at the Vatican, in the evening found a lovely high end bar around the corner it was fantastic, great service Cafe & restaurant Doney and very reasonable. The hotel Romanico Palace could really learn a thing or two from them, that's what you call superior. On a positive note, there was one member of staff who booked a taxi for us, he was so helpful . So thank you to him. Do a bit of research before you book, I'm home now and feel very disappointed with my time at this hotel especially when it was a big birthday celebrations.

This was an excellent hotel for the price. About 1 mile from the Spanish steps and the train station, and only a few blocks from the Borghese museum and gardens, we came at Christmas time and walked almost everywhere, except when it was raining heavily. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They called for cabs and offered advice on restaurant reservations and other activities in the area. We did not take advantage of the spa or workout facilities ( we were walking 5+ miles/ day) but our junior suite had its own whirlpool bath which we appreciated. I would recommend it.

I loved this hotel 20 min walk to the city centre lovely clean room and breakfast was so nice plenty choice and cakes and pastrys amazing would defo go back here the staff were really nice all the rooms are diff but i was really happy with ours some people put reviews saying breakfast not nice i cannot complain one bit

The hotel was lovely the staff was amazing couldn't do enough for you the hotel was very clean the breakfast was very nice .the only thing which I thought may improve the rooms would be a kettle in room as standard and more pillows but this is just being picky

My wife and I spent a 3 night break here recently and very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well situated, in a nice area, 15 minutes walk from Termini station. Easy check in, and our room, 641, was lovely. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices, all was fresh and tasty. Facilities in the room were good, warm, clean and tidy, and a very comfortable bed. A kettle and brew stuff was delivered to the room on request, very kind of them. If I had to moan, the bar prices were a little steep, but suppose that’s usual for city centre Rome. Some really good restaurants and bars within a short stroll of the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

After reading some of the reviews I was concerned I had booked a lemon. Well absolutely wrong really nice hotel. Yes it is quirky with the paints and decor but it's miles better than a Holiday Inn in England. Staff were great and helpful, breakfast was fine yes if you wanted certain eggs there was charge but plenty of options that did not cost. I would quite happily stay here again.

Rustic but beautiful hotel. Customer service is amazing, the staff here are very friendly and go out of their way to help. Our room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. I would recommend taking an extra towel if you need one for your hair as you only get a large towel and the others are like tea towels. The hotel is in a quiet area away from tourist crowds but walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Hard Rock Cafe, Fountain de Tritone and there's a big park Villa Borghese just behind the hotel. We were recommended a couple of restaurants and chose San Marco just 2 minutes walk away which was also quiet. There's a corner shop opposite selling fruit, drinks (also alcohol), crisps and sweets and also an open bus tour ticket booth. We had breakfast on the seventh floor, which was a beautiful room with an amazing view of the city. Food was amazing.
