El hotel cuenta con muy buena atención por parte de su personal, muy limpio y con buena ubicación lo único es que está un poco antiguo y el wifi no servía mucho en las habitaciones, de resto todo muy bien!

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Even though they advertise air conditioning, make no mistake, there is none in the rooms! The rooms are tiny and showers are even smaller. In addition, the breakfast and coffee were not very good. Then, to make matters worse, one of our students found BUGS in her BED. Like many bugs! GROSS! And lastly, they double-charged us for multiple drinks at the bar and then billed us for it after we checked out and returned home. They did this even though, upon checkout, we paid bar tabs and asked if everything was paid for all rooms for our group, and we were told yes, everything was paid and squared away. I couldn't have been more disappointed and frustrated! Stay somewhere else!

The receptionist and ladies in the breakfast room made our stay here pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel is a good location and fairly quiet but the decor is a bit tired. It could do with new carpet and freshen up but overall an ok stay for exploring Rome! I loved the pancake machine at breakfast too. There is so much to do you’re not in the hotel that much anyway. Myself and my boyfriend came here recently for an anniversary holiday and were very pleased with the friendly customer service and high standard of cleanliness we experienced in all areas of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt fresh, making for a very comfortable and much needed sleep after a day of traveling/sightseeing. The breakfast service was better than we had expected, serving more of a variety of foods than my boyfriend had ever seen at a hotel breakfast bar! The only issue we had was the bar across the road from the hotel was quite noisy into the early hours of the morning, but that is no fault of the hotel or their staff. We would gladly come back here in the future!

Generally good for budget hotel but very dated and walls a bit 'grubby' in room. One teabag each a day (but not every day) asked for milk and coffee but was told we had to purchase them at the bar (not open). Bathroom had no screen/blinds etc. at the window except an old plain net curtain - office building close by so difficult to have a shower/use wc without others being able to view! Daily room clean was excellent. Breakfast was just about ok (just about!). After saying this, we would stay again. Owner evidently owns several restaurants in area which is where staff recommend!

Excellent/spotless/very comfortable. Staff were brilliant,breakfast was quality. Seven minutes walk to Termini railway and underground stations. Surrounded by dozens of excellent restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.

Our first stay in Rome. Hotel only 5/10 min walk from Termini Station so great location. 24 desk. When we arrived they said we hadn't booked a twin room but we said if they can give us extra bedding we can sort the beds. They were quick to sort this. The next day they sorted the room to a twin for us. Decor could have done with a bit of updating but beds very comfortable and room was pleasant. If they wanted to be more sustainable as a hotel they could put signs in the bathroom asking if we wanted towels etc changed everyday. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice. Would stay again.

Worst hotel experience I have EVER had. I cannot believe this place has the good reviews that it does. When you first come in it is an unbearably long the check in process, the lobby is not air conditioned, and the receptionists are rude. I specifically asked for two twin size beds, which they initially said yes to, and they said they ran out and gave us one bed in a small room. When I say small I mean we could not even open our luggage all the way. The room was hot and muggy and the air conditioning did not work. When I asked for help with it or to move rooms they said they did not know how to help and the other rooms are completely booked. The walls were disgusting and looked molded and the shower was almost unusable. It was small, cramped, and dirty. The experience was overall appalling: the front desk staff made us uncomfortable, the room was uncomfortable and extremely hot throughout the night, and the room looked NOTHING like the pictures online. There is not one picture online that replicates the room I stayed in. If I was not staying for more than one night I would have switched hotels immediately.

We stayed at the hotel between 15 June 2023 untill 19 June 2023. Wonderful staff, very helpfull, always with a smile, the hotel is nice, clean quite and cozy rome, all we expected was there. the hotel is located in a good place, very close to a supermarket "Conad", and taxi station, and restaurants, we ate at the La Famiglia restaurant. A short walk to the main train station Teremini, from there we took the Italo train to Florance.
