Portrait Roma - Lungarno Collection

OMG, what an incredible boutique hotel this is and in the middle of all the action. First, we were greeted by these wonderful host who were so gracious from offering cappuccinos to taking us all around the hotel. The room was extremely well acquainted there was nothing missing. It was my birthday and the goodies I got were out of this world. We were even greeted with our favorite cocktails in the room. It was very spacious, well appointed and so modern and chic. Breakfast was an experience as you agreed by the warmest stuff ever. Alessia stole our heart. She loves her like a family because they are incredible to their staff and incredible human beings. Lastly, talk about location. You are in the middle of all the action all the shopping and you can walk to so many restaurants. It’s an experience. My husband and I are making this article go to hotel from here on!

For a fussy family of four with two teens and high standards, Portrait Roma set the bar far beyond our other travel experiences in North America and Europe. With only 14 rooms, the Ferragamo family has created a “no bad room/view” situation over 7 stories of an amazing built space off Via Condotti right by the Spanish Steps. The meals were delicious, the rooftop view and vibe were perfect for us, and the two adjoining rooms on the 6th floor with 100+ ft terrace were spot on for all-in family fun as well as individual seclusion. The client service and attention was top-shelf (the two 3 hour private tours of Ancient Rome and the Vatican were adroitly curated to meet our needs), and our only regret was 3 nights/4 days weren’t long enough to scratch all of our itches. Next time, Portrait Roma - ciao!!!

Went to Portrait Roma for our babymoon and had a fantastic experience here. Beautiful rooms with tons of amenities, personalized welcome and welcome gifts, amazing staff that's super quick, always available, and was helpful for both any needs at the hotel but also planning any tours, getting any restaurant reservations, etc. Beds were firm and very comfortable, room was always well stocked with drinks, and delicious breakfast with great views every morning. Location was really good too - we were able to walk almost anywhere we had to go including any of the famous Rome sites like the Colosseum, Forums, Pantheon, etc, and plenty of shopping and food as soon as you step out of the hotel. It's among the best hotel experiences we've had around the world and highly recommend it.

Such a lovely stay at the Portrait Roma! Discreet, luxurious, attentive. Loved the roof terrace for breakfast, aperitivi, or an afternoon coffee - those views! Loads of thoughtful touches, including evening tea service in our room - the perfect way to end a night out. Amazing staff all around.

More than expectation. Portrait Roma never forgets us…about 10 years ago, we, our family, stayed at Portrait Roma. After 10 years interval, we returned to Rome and Portrait Roma and they never forgets us and welcomed us as if they were our family. The hotel is luxurious yet quaint. Located in the middle of the shopping district. The personal service by the team is second to none. All of the employees want your stay to be a once in a lifetime experience. Many personal touches like treats in your room. But the rooftop bar is the very best in the heart of Rome!
