NL Trastevere

We stayed at NL Trastevere for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location and was easy to find. After reading another review we knew we had to check in at the hotel 2 doors down. Check in was quick, so quick that we were not given the key code to the main door and we did not realise it would be locked on our return at midnight. The telephone numbers provided on the door went to answer phone so we were facing a night on the street. Luckily we found a police officer who was able to contact somebody and we were provided the key code. Great we were in the room. Not so great at 4am when other British guests came in making an unholy din. The walls are paper thin, they may as well have been in our room. They left next day only to be replaced by young Italian girls who were worse. Overall you get what you pay for. My advice is go elsewhere if you value a good night’s sleep. The street noise can be loud too. The room we had was badly in need of redecorating and a new mattress is needed. Small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities was great and plenty of clean towels and toiletries were provided.

l'appartamento non è come nelle foto, le stanze sono minuscole non ci stanno neanche le valigie, il bidet (come mostrato nelle foto) in realtà non c'è, la doccia è cosparso di muffa. inizialmente io avevo prenotato una quadrupla mi sono state date le doppie. la posizione non è male ma non lo consiglierei. le pareti sono troppo sottili e dalla stanza sentivamo le altre persone parlare e russare.

Prendo questo b&b in last minute verso le 21.00, la stanza è la numero 8 e appena entro la puzza di Muffa è forte… tra i mattoni del bagno si notano macchie di muffa. Sul cuscino trovo un bel capello … Insomma d’accordo la posizione, il buon arredamento e l’accoglienza ma per pagare alcune cifre si deve dare di più.. migliorate!

Cuando renté este lugar, después de pagar 600 euros por 3 noches y ver las fotos, no me imaginé que iba a hacer un lugar tan horrible. (Fotos adjuntas) No se parece en nada a lo que ofrecen, no hay respuestas cuando uno escribe, y parece que no les importa nada. Al llegar al lugar y ver el inodoro sucio , no dejaron clave de Wifi, el aire sin funcionar con ese calor que hacía, un papel higiénico usado que dejaron para nosotros, el edificio viejo y feo y muchas una ventana que no cerraba, entre otras cosas…decidí pedir la devolución de mi dinero para irme de ahī. Al no recibir respuesta, mi esposo desde mi país trató de hacer algo por medio de la página de Booking y por error canceló la reserva. Los dueños me dijeron que por haber cancelado me tenía que ir y ellos igual sé dejaban los 600 euros. Después de explicarles que fue un error de mi esposo y que yo solo busco un lugar decente, me dejaron quedarme sin derecho a pedir otra habitación por nada del mundo! Esa noche del calor y del asco, no pude dormir. La segunda noche mientras descansaba con mi hijo a las 9 pm, un hombre nos abrió la puerta… lo cual me dio miedo y desconfianza. Salimos a cenar, y al regresar el hombre estaba frente a mi habitación en sus calzoncillos. Esa noche tampoco dormí. A pesar de que los encargados no contestan, decidí contarles lo que pasó, y a los 5 minutos los escuché gritándole al hombre que no sabían quién era, cómo había entrado y que iban a llamar a la policía porque había dormido ahí sin reserva y sin papeles. Imagínense el susto que sentimos. Nunca nos contestaron mi mensaje, pero gracias a mi se dieron cuenta que en el lugar había un extraño . Para que me entiendan, 600 euros es el salario mínimo en mi paīs por trabajar 1 mes completo. Merecemos eso? Realmente no. Quedamos con una mala experiencia de llevar nuestro dinero a Roma como turistas? Tampoco. Hay gente que roba y estafa, NL Trastevere es uno de ellos. Hay gente que NO debería atender turismo. When I rented this place, after paying 600 euros for 3 nights and seeing the photos, I didn't imagine that I was going to make such a horrible place. (Photos attached) It's nothing like what they offer, there are no answers when you write, and it seems like they don't care at all. When we arrived at the place and saw the dirty toilet, they didn't leave a Wifi password, the air didn't work with the heat, a used toilet paper they left for us, the old and ugly building and many a window that didn't close, among others. things...I decided to ask for my money back to get out of there. Upon not receiving a response, my husband from my country tried to do something through the Booking page and by mistake canceled the reservation. The owners told me that because I had canceled I had to leave and they still left the 600 euros. After explaining to them that it was my husband's mistake and that I was just looking for a decent place, they let me stay without the right to ask for another room for anything in the world! T
