The whole experience was perfect. The room was wide and comfortable, the Ac was working perfectly and the breakast was very good. The location is super, 30 seconds away from the Pantheon and with 10 minutes you can reach Trevi fountain. We'll definetely come back! Thanks to Giacomo in the reception for all the tips

Nice hotel with a fantastic location. Nice breakfast and clean rooms. There's a great sushi restaurant and a little spa area if you want to relax. The restaurant was great, top quality sushi. The staff was Always eager to assist, Giacomo in particular gave us great tips. We'll definitely be back

First we went with colleagues in an other hotel of the same chain and we had to extend but unfortunately it was fully booked. Luckly for us, Giacomo (the manager) helped us and book for us Hotel Scenario and it was a great choice. There's a top class sushi restaurant and a little Spa. The breakfast is good (a suggestion: extend the duration of the service). Overall, all very good!

Really nice hotel. Location is great, the Pantheon Is really 30 seconds away. If you don't mind walking, you can reach all the main sites in a maximum of 30 minutes. Rooms are bright and well cleaned and the staff Is eager to help (Giacomo helped us a lot with restaurants and told us a lot of city's history). We'll be back!

I loved the place. Not a fancy Hotel, the design is a "less Is more" concept and you have limited services (so if you're used to big hotels you have to look for something else) but if you want a relaxed atmosphere, a top location and a frendly staff (thanks Giacomo) this is the place to be. A good sushi restaurant and a nice breakfast are the cherry on top! We'll be back for sure!

Terrible!!! First room-water or who knows what, all over bathroom floor. Smelled terrible. They wanted us to stay in room while they cleaned it. Requested and then demanded move to another room-Second room- air conditioner leaked water on counters/clothing/floor. Came to repair, broke again that night. Again demanded a different room Third room. Air conditioner thermostat didn’t function properly. Always too cold or not cool enough. Safe didn’t work correctly and wasn’t mounted to anything. The clerk left a key with me so I had to carry a key while out sight seeing Had breakfast package with room. Had to walk to a different location and eat outside in the street every morning except the last. The kitchen had problems with their a/c and who knows what else. At 350.00 euros a night we were very unhappy. Asked for discount which was presented at 250.00 euros. I would have thought with the experiences we had 50% should have been offered. Three moves within four nights. Not a pleasant experience I do not recommend this hotel.

We booked 2 rooms for 5 nights through *********** last year for the Ryder cup for €300 a night. A month before our planned arrival we were contacted directly by the hotel that our booking had been cancelled due to payment not going through on our credit card. Which was a lie because no payment was required until our arrival as per out *********** contract. We checked the price of our rooms and found that they were now being offered for €1600 a night. We contacted *********** and the hotel straight away. After much correspondence the hotel finally made good on they’re contract. Well that’s what we thought. 3 days before we were due to get there, they emailed again saying the same thing, that our credit card payment had been declined and we had to go through the same process again. Talking to people at the Ryder cup we got away lightly. It seems that a lot of people got ripped off by hotels in Rome last week. So I would advise that if you are considering this hotel, book through *********** or the like as if you book directly you will have no comeback if they try to fleece you. P.S. it’s in a great location but is scruffy and not worth it.

The hotel Scenario is a small hotel in a great location near the Pantheon. It is clean and the hotel staff are friendly, though only one of the staff seems fully interested in customer service; he was very helpful, while other staff members did nothing when issues were brought up. Further, I don't know whether this is true of all rooms, but our room barely had space to walk around the comfortable bed; thus, if you have claustrophobia at all, avoid this hotel (I will say the very high ceilings helped, but). Note: this hotel served as a backup when our original hotel overbooked and needed a place to stay.
