This place is fantastic! Jeric, the manager is wonderful, he is so communicative and helpful and provides everything you could possibly need for a great stay. The location is fab, and they even have an iron, a rarity in Rome! Incredibly clean and well kept, would stay again!

Jeric was a great host, very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Room was clean and comfortable, had great AC, tv and necessary amenities. Couldn’t recommend more!

The guy cleaning the rooms was friendly. Good location. Comfy bed. However the fridge didn’t work. Needs a repaint in the bathroom. We couldn’t use the bath due to low water pressure and the temperature wasn’t hot enough. The pillows had a stale smell so I had to spray perfume on them.

Excellent Jeric the manager is the best. Extremely proactive with communication, providing all necessary information in a succinct manner making the check-in process easy and straightforward. The room and facilities were super clean and modern. Location is also excellent - situated in a quiet area, and very close to the dead center.

Very modern room at good price, very clean and brilliant area. Liked: Compared with a lot of other accommodation in Rome, this place was very modern and had an upmarket feel. The room was extremely clean, bed very comfortable. I had access to everything I needed, including a safe at no extra cost. Jeric, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful - pointing out all the key areas in Rome, as well as best way to get around and good recommendations for food. He also gave me a city map free of charge. Absolutely no faults with the room, the area or the host and process of booking/checking-in. Brilliant location for walking to all the major sights (I didn't need to use any public transport at all). Sights within 20 minute walks included Vatican City, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon. Colosseum was a 40 minute walk, which was nice to walk to anyway. Castel Sant-Angelo is literally a 10 minute walk, being the closest attraction. Suggested improvement: Rooms had very thin walls, meaning I could hear the noise from other guests and also the door buzzer which was quite loud. It wasn't enough to put me off stopping again though, I would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Loved the neighbourhood and the location. The room was lovely but we were not overly fond of the glass shower right in thevrooom. The proprietor was incredibly helpful... provided list of restaurants, booked our taxi to airport and provided other information.
