I really like this place, but two things need to be clarified under the TripAdvisor list of amenities: one, is it says, “free breakfast.” If you pay a higher rate, this may be so. For myself, I just stayed a full week, and breakfast was NOT included. Second, reads, “airport transportation.” Once again, that is totally misleading. I’m certain that the hotel could organize a taxi for you to the airport, but they have no transportation. I am merely trying to make the inaccuracies on the TripAdvisor page not mislead you. This is a small place: only 5 rooms, but the rooms & bathrooms are fine. The wifi was superb. I stayed a week and never an issue. There is a lift ( elevator ). Transportation from the airport or from Termini rail station by taxi is scandalously expensive ( criminal! ), but I highly recommend the metro, A Line, from Termini. Leaving Termini, from 3 levels under the train station, you buy tickets from the kiosk, for 1.50 euro ( 2 euros if paying by credit card ), and you take the A Line toward “Battestini”. The 10th stop is Cornelia. When you get upstairs, it can be difficult to find the hotel street, Madonna del Riposo, so I recommend scoping that out in advance or using Google Maps. It is an easy 10 minute walk, exactly 1 km ( 1/2 mi. ). There are many pizza, pastry and panini places both on this street, as well as on the street one block parallel, which is named Via Aurelia. On Via Aurelia, not a 5 minute walk away, is a Carrefour market which is excellent: it has everything you could possibly need. The manager of the property is Andrei. He is great to work with, was exceedingly helpful for me. The address us #46. There are no markings on the outside, but all the buildings are numbered. I would happily stay here again.
