Wifi doesn’t work. The heater doesn’t work. I left the property one day before my initial departure day because of the terrible experience I had. When I used hot water, they knocked on my door and said we are gonna charge you extra. The reason was I use hot water a lot. The attitude of the staff was genuinely rude and she didn’t even try to listen. Not very nice customer service. Overall, given the circumstances of the heater and wifi not working, you should not book this hotel.

ホテルのスタッフの対応は最高に良かったが、客室の雰囲気は物々しかった。
我々の客室のみらしいが、洗面所と寝室が別の部屋になっており、一旦共用廊下を使わないといけないのは不便だった。

Accoglienza ottima , cortese e professionale . Camera spaziosa , pulita e riscaldata . Alloggio ubicato in una zona tranquilla che permette di raggiungere le piu belle location di Roma a piedi.

簡直太差了，簡直是一種折磨❗️
1⃣️沒有空調！電風扇一次性使用！
夏天羅馬的天氣都在36、7度左右，沒有空調簡直悶死，且電風扇衹能使用一次，再次使用的話就需要交錢，屋子裡簡直會悶**❗️
2⃣️老鼠🐭、螞蟻🐜、蚊子🦟超級多！
簡直令人崩潰！樓下有超級多的垃圾桶（至少8個），垃圾桶下面全是老鼠，但是這是到達該住處的必經之路，走路的時候經常會有特別大的老鼠🐁竄過，簡直崩潰❗️蚊子多到不想被咬十多個包不要住❗️
3⃣️噪音嚴重超標！無法睡覺！
住宿靠近街道，每晚和清晨都會有垃圾車收垃圾，噪音大到像睡在街上❗️
4⃣️三天才會打掃一次衞生！
三天打掃意味着不會清理垃圾，不會給另外兩天的洗髮水，三天衹有兩袋小包裝的洗髮水，也不會換毛巾。
5⃣️房間非常小！
夏天的時候沒有空調且房間非常小，會給人一種呼吸困難的感覺。
6⃣️到店收費不能刷卡！到店交錢必須交現金。
總之，如果有價位差不多的住宿可以選擇的話，嚴重建議不要選擇這個！體驗太差勁了❗️❗️❗️

服務態度很好，和我們講解了如何前往梵蒂岡和鬥獸場。並且最後一天給我們存放行李。
房間性價比不錯，床也挺大的，就是臨街聲音很大，沒有風扇或者空調，羅馬最近真的很熱。

VERY POOR for the money. My hotel room which costs around 198 AUD, is crap. No kettle, no tea/coffee etc, lift doesn't work (at least the receptionist carried my very heavy case up 1 flight of stairs and told me it was very heavy. Rooms are noisy, can hear the conversations next door, window doesn't close properly to shut out the light, no European power points, tiny shower, bed is hard and bouncy. Budget hotel is right.....
