Roma Room Hotel

I think I saw most rooms over a period of a week or so. Not far from the centre, you can take the underground or walk there in 20 odd minutes. Shops nearby and if you break your leg, so is the hospital. Can't complain too much. The owner was flexible and found me a room every time.

Bad air conditioning which was at 30 degrees celcius and did not go down any further. The weather and temperature outside was around 40 degrees Celsius and with a bad air conditioning that the hotel owner would not do anything about, made the stay very uncomfortable. The shower head was very bad and rusty, both shower heads went on at the same time and did not have good water pressure. The ceiling in the bathroom was moldy and disgusting, which is not good for breathing at all. I think the hotel owner was very arrogant and had little empathy for us guests who wanted better air conditioning because the insanely hot temperature. The hotel room we got had no fridge at all where we could store something cold for ourselves. Instead we got 6 bottles of lukewarm water. We had booked a hotel room that was supposed to be for 4 people, but we ended up with a room that was very cramped and small. Which again means that the air in the room was clammy with the fact that the air conditioning was very poor. We ended up with zero resolution with the hotel owner, as the hotel owner was more concerned that nothing was wrong with the hotel. The hotel did not include breakfast, but I don't think I would try the hotel breakfast in the hotel considering the quality... In the end we found ourselves a better hotel-apartment. We recommend Numa Italy. Fantastic smart hotel apartment in Rome.

The staff is very kind and helpful but this is not enough to forget that the hotel is very very old and absolutely needs to be refreshed. We had problems with the flush and the blankets were not very cleaned also the shower tap was not good at all. Breakfast ok.

Posto orrendo, faceva troppo freddo, prezzi esagerati , riguardo il bagno non voglio parlare dentro al wc un sasso , trema tutto appena passa una macchina e sembra che c'è un terremoto, aria condizionata a 18 gradi in inverno . E non é tutto c'era anche la polvere per non parlare dei capelli dentro il letto, sotto ci sono le suore e non vi fidate delle foto sono false . Non v'è lo consiglio.

El hotel tiene una buena relación calidad precio, está cerca del metro y del centro (puedes llegar al centro dando un paseo un rato). La habitación es cómoda y la camada comoda. El hotel es muy bonito por fuera pero por dentro necesita una actualización.

Soggiornato per tre notti in coppia, con un pacchetto Golden moments. Punti negativi: Hotel datato e modesto, camere piccole e datate, in stanza solo un piccolo ventilatore, frigorifero assente e aria condizionata non funzionante. Fortuna che non era ancora troppo caldo il periodo. Punti positivi: stanze seppur datate pulite, titolari cordiali, posizione veramente ottima a due passi dalla metro blu policlinico da cui si può raggiungere il centro in nemmeno 10 minuti, per chi ne volesse usufruire offrono un comodissimo servizio parcheggio interno. Zona tranquillissima.E seppure l'hotel non offra molti servizi nelle sue immediate vicinanze si trovano bar, market e locali. Tutto sommato esperienza positiva. Per noi è stato l'ideale. Consigliato a chi ha bisogno di un comodo appoggio per poter visitare Roma in comodità e senza particolari esigenze di alloggio.
