Hotel Fori Imperiali

The hotel was new, but it wasn't finished. There's no mirror in the shower. The water from the shower is running. The hotel wouldn't turn on the air conditioner for us and didn't give us a fan. The only plus was that they gave us breakfast even though we didn't order it. Also, the price is high without a good return.

Fantastic accomodation in the heart of Rome. Super close to the colosseum, very close & walking distance to all the other major attractions, local restaurants & transport. The Hotel staff are absolutely fabulous, so attentive and happy to help with any request. Breakfast is also very good, with a great selection of food. The hotel has just gone through a major renovation and is really good. Highly recommend anyone visiting Rome to make this their accommodation destination. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was one of the best highlights during our trip to Rome. Rome was our second stop during our 25th Anniversary celebration, and the staff made it extra special for us. They left us special touches starting from the welcome mat upon entry to our room, to the heart shaped rose petals laid on our bed, and a box of chocolates as a finishing touch. The staff was one of the most friendliest and helpful staff we have encountered thus far. A team member met us to help carry our luggage back to the hotel due to the street closure; which was much appreciated as we had no idea where we were going and our driver literally just dropped us off and said "we are here". The associate that helped us check in, welcomed us with a refreshing beverage and gave us a detailed run down on the map of the best places to visit, shop and eat. She was so helpful, she even arranged our taxi to be there promptly at 6:30 am to visit one the sites on our list. Everyone was always helpful on suggesting the best places to eat and visit. Did I mention the VIEW from our room!!! People would walk to the area just to take pictures of the view. All we had to do was open our curtains and see the most spectacular view. Literally every night my husband and I would just sit on the balcony, yes the balcony and take in the view. We can't wait to plan our next visit and stay here again. If you are hesitating to stay here don't wait, BOOK IT ASAP! Amazing views, excellent staff, comfortable bedding, close proximity to everything...what are you waiting for.

Hotel is awesome and staff superb. Rooms are large compared to more centrally located hotels. It is a cab / uber from anything, which for us was fine. We’re mellow travelers and do one or two events daily. A lingering breakfast and 1030 exit in a cab make perfect sense. Hotel is just a tiny bit tired feeling but ample space and excellent staff make up for it Great gym. Pool lacks the usual jacuzzi but otherwise is a lovely offering. Highly recommended

Great location, solid breakfast, excellent staff and front desk, amazing rooftop with views and great rooms. Will definitely return when next in Rome.

The staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. He took the time and effort (which to be honest, not a lot of people in Italy have such patience so thank you) to provide us much needed guidance to the city.
