Ulasan Rome Art Hotel - Gruppo Trevi Hotels

Excelente localização, próximo ao metrô e vários pontos turístico da cidade. Quarto espaçoso e limpo …. porém, o quatro ficava no 2 andar e o elevador do prédio é antigo e não funciona bem, logo, descemos as escadas carregando as malas. Café da manhã deixava muito a desejar.

Hotel is in a super location a few mins walk from Spanish steps, where there are lots of decent restaurants and shops, proper designer ones to window shop! Got a friendly welcome at reception and a member of staff helped us with our cases as we were staying in the block across the road. Entrance doesn’t look too inviting but once up the stairs (there is also a lift) the corridor leading to our room is attractively decorated as was our room. Bed is huge, with clean white linen. Bathroom has quality fittings and tiles and a decent shower and plenty towels. There is a/c, handy safe and reasonably priced miny bar. As it’s in a busy central area it can be a bit noisy but there are shutters on the window to help with this. Lady on reception throughout our stay very friendly and helpful. Breakfast room bit tiny but we always got a table and good selection of hot and cold food, yummy pastries and drinks. We did enjoy our stay and found it in walking distance of a few sights and plenty restaurants not too pricey. Hotel lets itself down a bit with attention to detail, as needing some repairs here and there, which would help ensure a better customer experience.

Le ménage était fait tous les jours dans la chambre (lit, serviettes, sol etc.) donc rien à redire. Le personnel était également très accueillant et à l’écoute. L’hôtel est situé à 4min à pieds de la fontaine de Trevi, de la place d’Espagne et est situé à l’angle d’un boulevard commerçant (Zara, Sephora, Under Armour plusieurs magasins de luxe tels que Gucci, Prada, Balenciaga etc.). Le seul point négatif reste les commodités : l’immeuble étant assez ancien les chambres sont très mal insonorisés donc au moindre bruit on entend tout (tv de la chambre à côté, gens qui parlent au téléphone, enfants qui pleurent/crient).

Según llegas se extrañan del nombre que les das del hotel Trevi Collection, quizás deben de actualizar sus datos con los mayoristas y así será más facil, poder identificarlos. Habitaciones en otro edificio cruzando una calle y compartiendo espacio con otras instalaciones que nada tienen que ver con el hotel. Dentro de la habitación un par de escalones. Habitaciones muy ruidosas, p Ningún aislamiento en ventanas, ruido de circulación toda la noche. Colchón y almohada muy duro Si tienes cualquier problema o duda el señor de recepción está normalmente solo y te dira que no puede ayudarte. Solo habla italiano. Para el desayuno tienes que ir al edificio de la recepción, es una sala pequeña, unas 10 mesas pequeñas y muy, muy juntas. Pides si te llaman un taxi para ir al aeropuerto y te quieren cobrar una comisión de 5 €, pero te dicen que el servicio de taxi al aeropuerto vale 55 €, pero en realidad es precio fijo y son 50€. Si se hubiera portado amable las veces que le pedimos ayuda, no me hubiera importado pagar 5 €, pero preferimos irnos a la calle y buscar un taxi el cual tardamos poco en coger. La limpieza de la habitación bien. Pero al salir de la misma tienes que tener cuidado con los sacos de ropa sucia que están por los pasillos y en la entrada al portal. Así que si puedes evita este establecimiento.

Muy ruidoso, como estar en un circuito de velocidad, la recepción y desayuno se encuentran en otro edificio cuando una carretera, personal de tarde poco o nada amable. Es un hotel muy feo y nada recomendable. No sé fíen de las fotos de la web de hotel, no son files a la realidad. La ubicación es buena, pero con el mismo ruido que si duermes en una tienda de campaña en la Fontana De Trevi.

I did not like the hotel at all. The hotel rooms are very, very small and the hotel design is very bad. The reception is in a building and the rooms are in another separate building, and moving with bags is very tiring from one building to another. You have to cross the street and carry the bags up a long flight of stairs. I will not repeat the experience at this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Rome Art Hotel for 2 nights prior to embarking on our cruise. The hotel was lovely, the staff were outstanding, and the room was large and excellent! Wonderful breakfast each morning was included. Hop on Hop off access across the street. I had some lost luggage to deal with from our airline and the hotel staff could not have been more helpful. We lucked out when we booked this hotel. Thank you!

The room is clean but they overcharge me on the city tax and has yet to refund me.

Estadia muito agradável, localização perfeita, à 5 minutos da Fontana de trevi. Quarto espaçoso, limpo e confortável Funcionárias da limpeza super atenciosas e rápidas. Apenas o café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar.

Clean but small rooms. Very clean. The lobby is separated from some of the hotel rooms. Difficulties with check-in and a very late check in. On the other side, this is probably the best location in Rome.

整體房間比較乾淨、空間也大，位置很好，去一些周邊景點都很方便，樓下餐廳便利店也很多，晚上人來人往不會覺得害怕，唯一的缺點是晚上稍微有一點吵，因為是臨街，第一天我是戴着耳機睡的，街上的聲音很明顯

Fatal la experiencia y estamos en la segunda noche. Sólo llegar, nos llevaron a otro hotel porque la nuestra no estaba lista por un caso de COVID. Al día siguiente, nos pasan a nuestro hotel y cd nos dan la habitación (en otro edificio), y nos duchamos, el baño se inunda. La puerta ya estaba toda estropeada por fugas de agua así que no era la primera vez. Avísamos a la recepción yendo de nuevo al otro edificio porque el tlf de la habitación no funcionaba y la chica de recepción, Lorena, nos dice que va a mandar a alguien. Después de una hora y cuarto esperando y sin llegar nadie, volvemos a ir a la recepción del otro edificio. El chico que está ahora nos dice que no puede hacer nada y que no se puede enviar a nadie porque los de mantenimiento ya se han ido. Después de 20 minutos escuchando sus explicaciones y que no puede hacer nada, decide venir a ver la habitación. Cd llega y ve la situación, nos dice que nos cambian de habitación. Volvemos a preparar todas las maletas y volvemos a bajar. Ahora, nos acompaña a otro hotel de la cadena y allí, después de volver a hacer el checking con nuestras 4 maletas, nos dicen que mañana nos vuelven a cambiar. Jamás he visto tan poca atención a los clientes… Mañana no sabemos dónde dormiremos …

Hotel was clean. We stayed next door at the annex hotel which has a lot of stairs to get to lift which we were not told and a lot of stairs to get breakfast in another building which again were a lot of stairs that were not told to us. Stairs are uneven in both locations that were not easy for older couple
