Hotel Nizza

BE CAREFUL! The hotel's conditions are TERRIBLE. The rooms smell damp. The AC doesn't work. During my visit, the toilet was clogged and dirty, and the shower was broken. When I turned it on, it started to run, spraying cold water everywhere. The reception staff was incapable of helping due to their lack of education and poor intelligence. I had to leave after booking three nights, losing my money for the reserved days. The staff denied everything, and the hotel took no responsibility. The breakfast was of poor quality, just ham, cheese, cereal, and sweet bread. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY or risk your comfort, your partner's, or your family's stay at this hotel. It doesn't even deserve one star. Everyone I saw during my five-hour stay was clearly disappointed.

Location is excellent but the environment is a bit lack of repair. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is nice and enough. May recommend for booking.

Room is old and there is only one charging port in the room. However, it is located at the city centre so that very convenient to go any places.

The hotel is in a great location! Unfortunately that’s the only positive. It is a dilapidated old building where nothing works but the rude staff will condescend to you that it does. I heard the rude old man at the front desk tell a family that “the air conditioning is working, it’s at 20%” and then ignore them. It was surreal. I was told by the only actually good staff member, a young guy with an air of helping his parents try to salvage a failing business, that the hotel has two air conditioners, but one is broken. Then the elevator died 3 days into our 6 night stay. The breakfast was just a bunch of croissants and some sweaty ham. There were two drink machines but they were janky. It was all just bad. The room was dirty, there was a hole in the ceiling above the bed, the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain, the shower door thing wound up making the floor get wetter than it would if there was nothing there. I could overlook most of this, but having to wet a towel and drape it over myself to fall asleep in a room that stayed hotter than it was outside was enough to drive me crazy. To put it into context 3 of the days we’re between 39-42 degrees. It was hot, and it stayed that hot or hotter in the room. If you are willing to overlook these things, it’s close to the train station, and if you’re a lizard you’ll have a great time.

Great location which is only a few mins walk from the train station to the hotels. A lot of restaurants nearby which is very nice as well. Big room. However, it looks a bit old and poor soundproof. Still in an acceptable range for that if you are only very sensitive to any sound. All their staff are very helpful too! I would recommend if you want to live nearby to the Roma Termini.
