I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. First, the housekeeping services were far below acceptable standards. During my stay, the only service provided was making the bed, with no towel changes or proper attention to the hygiene and comfort expected by your guests. More alarmingly, I experienced an extremely upsetting and unacceptable situation. While I was sitting quietly in a corner with my luggage with my family without blocking any pathways or disturbing anyone I was approached by a man who, in an aggressive and intimidating tone, shouted offensive words at me. This same individual went on to open the door and, quite literally, forced us to leave outside onto the street, in an outrageous and unjustified act of aggression. This incident made me feel deeply violated and disrespected. The man’s aggressive demeanor and threatening behavior left me shaken. The situation was so serious that I could have contacted the police. However, since I was traveling and wanted to avoid additional complications, I chose not to take this step, even though such behavior clearly warranted legal action. As a guest, I expected a safe and respectful environment, not to be subjected to this type of unacceptable and humiliating conduct. I demand immediate clarification regarding this incident. The hotel need to prioritize the respect and safety of its guests moving forward.
