We had an amazing time, the place was very clean and tidy and the breakfast was good. Ivan explain to us every single detail of how to use the kitchen and some other general stuff. He was very nice and polite and even took a moment to point in a map how to get to the most turistic places and how to use public transportation. There are good and close restaurants in the area as well as some local stores. Public transportation is close. Important to mention that we couldn't arrive at the time we said becuase we took the incorrect train ( our fault) and Ivan waited for us much longer ❤️ Thank you so much Ivan for all your attentions, we felt like home!

A clean place in Rome that will make you feel at home in Rome! Our biggest fear before going to Italy was cleanliness. We decided to go to this facility after reading the reviews. We really made the right choice. It was very clean. The location was perfect. Antonella took care of us until our airport transfer. She welcomed us very nicely the day we arrived and gave us a very nice Rome guide. We had our breakfast as if we were at home. In the kitchen, there was a special cupboard for our room (full of food), a refrigerator shelf and all the electrical appliances. We stayed in a very nice and quiet area, very close to both the Vatican and the metro station. We were able to go to the busy areas by metro or bus whenever we wanted.

The host is very friendly and welcoming, he introduced the city in detail and very carefully We really enjoyed our time staying in their apartment, it’s lovely, clean, and everything is in order. Would definitely recommend to my friends and anyone when plan to visit Rome in the future!

Wonderful, very responsive hosts! Very close to Vatican museums. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Close to a metro station. The place is in immaculate condition. Thank you very much, Ivan and Antonella! We had a great stay!!

It is such an amazing sweet, kind place at Campanella. Would love to keep it as a secret, that’s how good it is! The place is very tidy and has everything you need. It also located very good. The landlords are just amazing and always there to help.

Everything was great. Clean rooms, good breakfast, good location. The host was very Kind. The fact that you always have food available helps out a lot. The neighbourhood was quiet, and we had no trouble sleeping. Metro is also very close. Enjoy!

Cozy bed and breakfast This B&B is a very well run little place near the Vatican City. Antonella and Ivan are very welcoming and helpful, they recommended us good places for food and visits. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped with breakfast goods for self-preparation

Excellent location and amazing customer service! Ivan and Antonella were very caring and welcoming! Ivan explained and guided us through the special places in Rome and gave us many recommendations. The place is nice with a shared kitchen with a very good location, not far from the Vatican City. Definitely recommending Campanella3 to everyone staying in Rome!

Comfortable accommodation in a convenient location. The room is very cozy. The breakfasts are great! Tea, coffee, sweets, milk, juices, breakfast cereals are always available and in sufficient quantity. When settling in, Ivan gave a map of the city and explained in detail how to get to places of interest. We are very satisfied and very impressed with the Vatican, Rome and the care of the hosts of Campanella 3. Thank you, Ivan and Antonella, for your hospitality!
