It’s hard to get to hotel but I can tell it’s a fault of Trip.com because the hotel sent email with all details but I never had it and we should call to hotel in front of the entrance door to get to the room Everything else is good for that price

Objection evaluation: Firstly, the location is great. You can walk to main scenes for around 20 minutes( except Vatican, 40minutes). And the taxi fee from Termini to hotel is 10 euros. Besides, you can take taxi conveniently because there is a taxi station nearby(around 100 meters). Secondly, the “check in” session is not convenient for guests who book this hotel for just several days ago. Because there is not a email with guides and you have to explore everything by yourself. The hotel is in a building, which also contains other hotels. It’s just close to Timberland and Apple store. And you can’t open the gate because it needs a key. Luckily, we met a person who lives there and he let us in. Then you should take the elevator to 5th floor and walk downstairs for a half floor. Now you will find that you don’t have the password to get in. We knocked the door but nobody answered. So we made a phone call and sent our information by sms. And finally, later an employee came out. She is a good person and it seems like that she also does housekeeping. Thus she may not hear our knocking. The room has a beautiful view. But you can hear car horn. There were no free water, slippers or toothbrush. You need to prepare by yourself. And the bath pipe was broken and it leaked a lot of water. Also we couldn’t find the switch for exhausting fan in restroom. That is what I experienced in this hotel. Overall the hotel is fine. Hope my experience can help more people~

Очень классное место! Все есть, все заранее высылают. Вид и правда огонь, приходили домой, открывали бутылкм и пили с видом на Корсу и Алтарь Отечества) Местоположение лучше не придумать - пара минут до фонтана Треви.

프론트가 없는게 불편하며, whatsapp으로 소통. 여행 며칠 전, 도시세 지불을 요청받아 결제 후 가격이 이상하여 다시 문의드리니, 자기네들은 3명예약으로 전달 받았다고 함. 그러면서 니가 도시세 결제 전에 비용을 체크를 미리 했어야지 않냐며...거의 혼나는 너낌 ㅋ 트립닷컴으로 두명예약을 하고 바우처도 그렇게 나왔음에도 불구하고, 어떠한 사유인지 모르겠음 ㅎ 환불은 해줬지만, 여행 떠나기 전에 이미 기분 잡쳐버림. 여행 도중 에어컨이 고장났으며 다른 숙소로 중요한 물건만 가지고 이동해 1박만 하라고 함. 그 숙소는 위치가 본 숙소보다 관광지 중심으로 좀더 떨어져있었으며, 후기도 더 별로여서 안가고 그 다음날 방을 바꿔주긴 했음. 무튼 응대가 매우 ㄱ ㅐ 9륌 글고 머무르는 동안 이불정리랑 쓰레기통만 비워줌, 수건 주고 왜냐면 내가 아침에 초콜렛 몇알 떨어뜨렸는데 며칠째 안치워줬고 내가 발견해서 버림 ㅋ 진짜 위치만 좋음 가격 저렴한지도 모르겠다
