Clean and tidy room, with electric kettle and fridge. Slippers is provided. Breakfast buffet is good. However, noises from the next room and from the upper floor can be heard clearly.

It was a great stay the staff so nice and helpful and the room is so nice and clean every thing is great … although they have only one elevator and some time it is crowded and take some time to arrive but this happened two times in my 4 night stay other wise it is great

The first hotel to stay after arriving in Italy, 7-8 minutes walk from the subway station. There is a bus at the door to the Plaza de Espana. Because the surrounding areas are residential areas, it feels that prices are much cheaper than scenic spots. The bed at Best Western is still very comfortable, but the Italian double bed is composed of two beds. If there are children sleeping, it is better to make a large bed.

Very clean, there is a Carrefour supermarket downstairs, very quiet at night, the surrounding small restaurants are cheap and authentic, all locals go. It's 910 from the train station, not far from the Vatican. The breakfast was very good, there was a terrace and the National Day rehearsal, that is, no change, but the European breakfast is normal. The room has a refrigerator, four apples on ice, and three left in a day, it's cute.

This is a great value hotel. It is a four-star hotel with large rooms. The customer service on the first floor is also very enthusiastic and patient. It is surrounded by residential areas. There is a large supermarket opposite. The things are very cheap and complete. There are also several Italian restaurants. There is a bus stop at the door. I highly recommend it.

The location is on the street, a bit noisy, and you can hear airplanes occasionally. The air conditioner is noisy. The room is not big, enough for one person. There is too much air freshener sprayed after cleaning the room, and it didn't dissipate even after opening the window for ventilation for a long time, which was choking. The service is good, the staff are very polite, and the breakfast is also delicious.

The surrounding environment is relatively quiet, but the school is a school opposite the day, slightly noisy, but it won't start very early, so it will not affect the rest. There is a balcony, the balcony is very large, sitting on the balcony and smoking a cell phone is very comfortable. Disadvantages: 1. The equipment is really old, the bathroom facilities are very poor, but they are all easy to use, just old. 2. The bed is not very comfortable, it seems that the two mattresses are put together, and there is a dividing line in the middle of sleeping. 3. The lights in the room are very dim, and the tables and chairs feel like what I was at home in the 80s. 4. The surrounding area is not very prosperous. The need to eat is very far away. The supermarket is about 1 km away. It is recommended that the selected small partners buy all of your accommodations in the supermarket one day. You don’t have to go back and forth. 5. It's really a bit biased. It takes about 10-15 Euros to get into the city. The cost is a bit high. Next time I would rather live in the city. In fact, the money for the taxi is coming out every day. But if you have an international driver's license and can rent a motorcycle in Italy, you can still consider it. personal suggestion

The front desk attendant (young guy in his 30s with curly hair: on Tuesday Jan 10 5pm Rome time @ ARS Best Western hotel): The front desk attendant - he was threatening me with violence and was yelling obscenities telling me to f-off and to f-myself! I work for the embassy and nobody has ever talked to me like that ever! I don’t know what his problem was?? 😔 This is inexcusable / he’s telling me to f myself, and that I’m an *****, and to go f off - nobody deserves to be talk like this, no matter what. It is so sad because I stayed almost a week at this hotel and I really enjoyed it, all the other people were super nice and the service excellent! I am really sad, and I don’t know what the heck happened with this guy - I think he has mental problems & needs anger management therapy. So sad 😞 Ricardo

The room is bright, well-equipped, clean and tidy. I managed to check in despite my poor English. The breakfast was also very good and rich in content. Great value for money. After staying for four nights, I could have given it a good review. However, the room is next to the restaurant, separated by a door. At seven o'clock in the morning, there was a ding-ding-dong-dong sound. The hotel promised to change rooms, but I left early and came back late and didn't want to bother. The problem is that the hotel should inform the guest in advance about the noise-affected room, otherwise, even if the room is changed, it will be suspected of being artificially caused by the hotel. It really doesn't match the hotel's reputation. Just a heads up for everyone.

There is a parking lot on the ground floor of the hotel, a little far from the airport, no problem with self-driving! The room was clean, the first hand went straight to the right and the first one was a great restaurant. The breakfast was not fixed. It was also a right-turning, straight-going cafe. It was very good to open a cafe at 5 in the morning.
