Zzoi_wuThis stay at Sanqingshan New Century Grand Hotel left a deep impression on me, especially the thoughtful service of Lin Yan at the front desk, which made the whole journey more comfortable. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, her cordial greetings and efficient handling made me feel warm. Knowing that I was traveling with friends, she took the initiative to upgrade the room and introduced the hotel's facilities in detail, which was very considerate! The room has an excellent view, facing the main peak of Sanqingshan, and the sunset in the evening is intoxicating. Lin Yan also called to confirm the check-in experience and recommended the hotel's special sweat steaming, which relieved my fatigue after climbing. The next morning, due to the tight schedule, she coordinated with the restaurant in advance to prepare a quick breakfast bag for me, saving a lot of time. When checking out, she not only quickly handled the formalities, but also gave a small gift with local characteristics. This kind of heart is touching. Overall, the hotel has an elegant environment and complete facilities, and Lin Yan's professionalism and enthusiasm are a plus. Her service is not a mechanized process, but really thinks from the perspective of the guests, making the accommodation experience full of human touch. I strongly recommend this hotel, and thank Lin Yan for her meticulous care again, looking forward to coming again next time!

If the boss lady hadn't driven to pick her up, we might not have been able to find her at all. 2. The hardware is just like an ordinary farmhouse, which is different from a ”B&B”. 3. At 8 o'clock in the evening, I finalized the dinner content with the landlady and ordered food at her house. The landlady didn't let us wait in the restaurant, so she asked us to go back to our room and wait, saying that she would call us for dinner. As a result, we were not called at 9 o'clock. We went to the restaurant by ourselves and found that the meal was not cooked at all. We asked to eat somewhere else, but the landlady refused forcefully, and we continued to wait. In the end, I couldn't help but go to the kitchen door to watch, and finally saw the dishes. The lady boss also said that it was still very early and they didn't even eat so early. Please, we are tourists with children. Isn’t it normal to have dinner normally? 4. We asked the landlady to help us find a carpool. It was not until 11 o'clock in the evening. The landlady said there was no car and gave the carpooler a phone number to help us find it ourselves. The master told me to contact me in the morning. I couldn’t go online to carpool myself, and it felt like a new world had opened up, and I found a car in half an hour. It was already past 12pm. 5. The boss lady is very enthusiastic, but she may be too busy during the holidays. I guess he should be very enthusiastic when he is not busy. We were very grateful to her for picking up and dropping off our car. Their price/performance ratio is pretty good, so you can consider it if you don’t have high requirements.

TTony HongWhat a great hotel to stay in! The place is hygienic and lies right in the middle of the village and is right next door to the Jinsha cable car. The public terrace in the morning offers a wonderful view of the Sanqingshan. There are plenty of food options available nearby. Literally less than a minutes walk and there are some fine eateries. Service was impeccable. The individuals at the front desk including the manager were extremely polite, professional and kind. I should mention that the room I originally booked had only a skylight for a window which I was fine with. But later I decided to happily pay for an upgrade for windows. I went to the front desk and told this to the two individuals working, the manager included (see photo) and we were delightfully told that we were to be given a free upgrade to a Standard Twin Bedroom which has big windows. I can only assume it’s because the staff and manager are kind and there were not that many guests staying in the hotel at that time. Regardless, I highly recommend the place.

The hotel looks good, but the furniture and facilities are a bit old and the lights are dim. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is enough. The hotel officially claims to have Taoist connotations.
