Baymont by Wyndham Rolla

Staff was really nice. Beds were amazing. I loved the hot tub and the pool. Missed breakfast so I couldn’t tell ya if it was good or not! The place was really clean.It was nice and quiet. Slept like a baby. All and all I had no problems. We really enjoyed it.

I have visited a few times from August to late October and five times since the New Year. It's a great spot to stop off the interstate and a lot of praise to this locations housekeeping and desk staff. Enrickee, Judy, Indie, and Teresa were all so awesome but hands down Sarah is always our favorite person to see around! The rooms have always been affordable and clean. The parking lot is massive for RVs/trailers and very nice new stadium lighting. I was thrilled to have their incessant wifi issue finally resolved and learned thatThe new game area is also fantastic and entertaining. My fued is with maintenance and management of this location. Despite the due praise, the hotel has aged poorly and is in disrepair. The rooms have ancient televisions that you have to physically button mash on the side of them to get cable to even come up. The showers lack drain covers/plugs in two of the rooms Ive stayed in. The heat/air units desperately require new filters. The breakfast options are so limited for a baymont with sausage, egg patti, and pancakes as the only warm options. The hot tub has been drained for over six months. The heated pool is poorly (heated if at all) so unless you enjoy a brisk dunk, skip out. The elevator has been down for over a week. the only working ice machine in the building on EVERY visit is on the top floor. I have to go to a separate location to launder garments because the facilities there have been broken for nearly two months now. And my last gripe is over the lack of care of the grounds. I was snowed in for three days while all surrounding roads and businesses were cleared. Not having ice scrapers or jumper cables in site made the weather during one of our weekends a disaster.

Duane was so helpful and great full to help. Loved the pool but you forgot about the hot tub but he was so great to talk to. Thanks so much but make the reviews not so complicated.

The front desk staff was very helpful and so were the housekeeping staff. I didn’t make it to the breakfast room so I can’t say how it was. The hotel was an older building but well kept. The on site parking was very handy. I was able to park close to the entrance on the back of the hotel. The Hotel location was close to my family that lives in Rolla!!

Not very clean and needs renovations but great for the money. We especially loved the front desk service. Laurie Pinta was professional, friendly, and went that extra mile when needed for the tv. Would stay here again if she were working.

We are Tim and Debby Stratman and we had an unexpected and sudden appointment we had to be at in Missouri. We live in New Mexico and had two rough collies we would have to take with us for this trip. We contacted the Baymont by Wyndham in Rolla, MO directly as we had such short notice and it was near the Fourth of July holiday. Debby is in a wheelchair to add to the additional conditions of our stay at the Baymont by Wyndham. We spoke with Miss Tiffany, who will never tell what mountains she moved to accommodate us, but she made a nine day booking a room for her personal. We felt so welcomed over the phone and such care and concern about what we needed to make this all happen. You would have thought the Baymont by Wyndham in Rolla MO was as concerned as well that we have a room there. Everyone was so accommodating to ensure we had all we needed to find our parking to accommodate our dogs and Debby in the wheelchair. We had a luggage cart which we were able to use parked right at the front of the hotel. It was a very short walk back to the front to go up to the room. We had all the towels, etc. needed for our visit and required nothing additional. They had a very nice area for breakfast which was served each day and very nice. There was a grassy spot or so we could walk our collies as well. The staff were helpful, alert and friendly and it felt very safe being outside of the Baymont by Wyndham in Rolla MO, day or night. We ate at all the near restrauants for our meals. The cleaning staff was the very, very best and friendly, thorough and would make sure we had all we needed for our stay. The front desk staff would always speak and be sure we weren't needing anything else or could they assist us when we would pass on our way out each day. It has a lovely front lobby to sit and visit and we had out of town visitors who visited there. Thank you to Miss Tiffany and all the staff and help. We look forward to our next stay.
