If you don’t have a specific reason to stay in this area, one word: AVOID. I booked an executive room 10 days in advance with 50% advance payment. Shockingly, just a day before my check-in, I received a WhatsApp message informing me that the room was no longer available. When I asked for a reason, the lady at reception claimed the room key had been misplaced. Later, another person—who claimed to be the owner—said it was due to plumbing issues. They then offered a downgrade to a lower-category room and refused to honor the original price. After a long argument, they reluctantly agreed—but removed breakfast from the package. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to stay there since my child’s matches were at a government college just 300 meters away. The reception staff seems trained to say "no" to every request. They even have a rooftop swimming pool but charge ₹500 per person to access it, which is ridiculous for a property like this. Their attitude and arrogance were on another level. Now to the room itself: We were put in a standard room. While the room was spacious, it was poorly maintained. There were visible stains on the bedsheets, dirty towels, worn-out mattresses with springs poking through, and overall subpar service quality. So 2 star for the spacious room. rest all Zero

I recently booked a stay at Hotel Ramaya in Rohtak through MakeMyTrip, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite the hotel's prime location, everything else about my stay was disastrous. I had booked an executive room, but upon arrival, the staff made me wait for 15 minutes only to inform me that the executive rooms were unavailable. They claimed that the air conditioner compressors in both of their executive rooms were not working. It seemed highly unlikely that two AC units would fail simultaneously. I was then shown a deluxe room, which was filthy. Cleanliness was non-existent, and I would rate it 0 out of 100. After expressing my dissatisfaction, they shifted me to another hotel, but I spent the night uncomfortably. The hotel condition was pathetic. The entire place was dirty, the washrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned since ages, and the bedsheets were not clean at all. I can unequivocally state that this hotel is not worth staying in. I had the worst stay of my life, The dinner quality was poor, and the breakfast policy was even worse. For the first time, I encountered a hotel where one person could only order one item for breakfast, and even then, the portion was so small it wasn't enough for one person. In summary, avoid Hotel Ramaya at all costs. It was a dreadful experience, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
