Huge room which had a huge king sized bed, a lounge, dining table with chairs and plenty of room to spare - easily twice the size of a normal room. It does have heating but only a fan for cooling - luckily we didn’t need either as it was perfect weather. The operator was super accommodating - we were running late as we had to charge our car in a neighboring town and he rang to find out if we were still coming and then kept the office open an extra hour until we arrived.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Melbourne. Our first impression was that it resembled Bates Motel from the movie Psycho! However once inside there was everything that we needed for our one night stay there. Jess the owner was very helpful with questions that we asked about the area. Location was excellent too as it is located by the beach and a short walk from the town with its array of bars, restaurants and shops.

It is certainly a more budget motel than we usually choose but sometimes I like to save a few dollars on accommodation when staying single nights. Walkable to town and waterfront. The room was very large and cleaned to standard on the surface. But, I could not get past the really stained and dirty carpet.

Disgusting thieves. Although we do paid on *********** the took our payment from our card too. Now will not answer us so we are trying to deal thru booking but so far to no avail. We stayed several nights so a substantial amount of money. The also had a party with all their mates there one night of our stay keeping us up until 1am. Sheets were not changed, room not entered although we stayed for 5 nights Never again

Bed smelt like deep heat, crisps on table, coffee cup and spoon dirty, no milk in fridge, carpet is dirty and stained. Hower screen must be original wish i boughtmy thongs to shower in. Don't waste your money, pitch a tent

Cheap accommodation with a fabulous location... Awesome staff... clean room /bathroom with a dining table and couch and outdoor seating... could do with an upgrade but priced well for the standard of accommodation that you get... extra towels... tea and coffee etc available on request at reception... would stay again if wanting a cheap weekend in Robe...walking distance to everything.

I would not recommend this hotel and will not return. Whoever the cleaner is doesn’t care. The extraction fan in shower didn’t work because it’s so filthy. Freezer full of ice as hasn’t been defrosted in months. Spiders, webs, large moths. Don’t get me started on the carpet. Yuck. Only this the sheets and towels were clean and I expect that’s only because a linen service does it.

Robe Haven Motel has only been rated 1 for location. The room was smelly, old, dirty, run down and desperate for a makeover. Definitely not a “haven” Wi-Fi was not working. TV was not receiving the channels. No working air conditioner and the window wouldn’t open, causing room to be extremely stuffy. Toilet seat was broken and the bathroom area was unclean.
