"The entire check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the 'Chocolate Butler' who sent timely reminders for travel and check-in. The service was gentle and thoughtful! It's just a short walk to the beach, and they provide free sand-digging tools and a foot-washing station. They even gave us a potted plant upon check-out, which was a really nice touch. It was a great experience, and I'd love to come back if I get the chance."

The front desk staff were warm, courteous, and patiently answered all my questions. The guest room was spacious and very clean, with a full set of toiletries. The surrounding area is convenient for getting around and quiet, so I had a very relaxing stay. I highly recommend it."

"The worst hotel ever, the worst service experience ever. The room I booked wasn't even inside the hotel; I had to walk across the street to check in. Parking was also a nightmare; I had to park in the scenic area's parking lot! Later, I found a spot in the underground parking lot. When I checked in, I provided my license plate number, but to make matters worse, they wanted to charge me for parking when I tried to leave. I contacted the parking lot exit, but they said they couldn't find my information and wouldn't let me out! A truly awful experience. Is this what hotels in seaside cities are like? I don't know if this review will be blocked, but I hope everyone will be careful and avoid being scammed!"

"The bedding and towels were comfortable, and the room was very clean. All the in-room facilities were great, and the skylight provided excellent natural light. During the off-season, the park was very quiet, perfect for a stroll on the mountain. The staff were very enthusiastic and offered on-demand shuttle services. The only downside is that it's not very convenient for taxis, so it's more suitable for those traveling by car."
