Ulasan Grand Plaza Hotel - Dhabab Riyadh

Out dated, wi-fi didn’t work, definitely not a 4 star by any standard. Pros: Hotel close to Lulu Hypermarket and a number of local shops

Overall is good, we arrived too early and couldn’t check in though abit disappointed. Hope the hotel will have consideration and flexibility as we came from long flight

Big clean but old , the location far from city center , I love the service, not bad and not good , I don’t recommend it

The hotel is good, but be careful with the Steps. Many people fall and are taken to hospital the hotel management doesn't care.

It is near metro station and room conditon was very nice. Surely i will stay next time again.

The hotel location is good, nearby the Lulu Mall, easier for shopping, and there are some restaurants and babershop closed to the hotel as well.

I forgot to take pictures, so I just posted two similar pictures on the official website. Overall it's OK, but the noise from the opposite side of the room window is a bit loud. If business people are tired and sleepy, it probably won't have much impact if they fall asleep immediately. The breakfast is really ordinary, with few choices. The supermarket next door is ordinary, and the two meals I had were very ordinary. I did buy two bottles of Made in Dubai perfume

The cleaning was not done even after the appointment. There was no hot water for showering at night. The bathroom facilities are really poor.

There is a mosque behind the hotel, so there will be prayers on time every day. The room is close to the air-conditioning fan at the back. If you can't sleep with a little noise, don't stay here. As for hygiene and service, they are good. There are also food nearby, but it's not too lively.

Probably owned by Indians, the surrounding area is full of Indians, and the roadside is full of them at night. The front desk service is not good. They refused to give invoices when asked for them, pretending that they don't understand Chinese, and pretending that they understand English even though they understand it. Ctrip indicated that the front desk would issue invoices, but the front desk asked the agent to make a request before they would issue them. I don't have time to talk to them. I don't recommend this place for business.
