What a fabulous weekend I had and it was all made possible by the staff from this hotel. Every single person I interacted with was second to none when it came to customer experience. Upon check in the fabulous Nada handled my booking. She was amazingly friendly and extremely helpful and checked me in extremely quickly. There was Kezriah (not sure of spelling) in the club lounge. Ultra friendly positive and made me smile. I had an amazing massage (can’t remember the names), which was equally fantastic. I had dinner at JW ‘s Steak house. Highly recommended!! Steak and foil gras was delicious! Served by Clinton. I also was helped by Ibrahim and Reema on reception. All in all these guys made my stay. I got upgraded to a junior suite which was very spacious and comfortable with full length windows and views across the city. The location of the hotel is close to many amenities and only approx 20 mins from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff really made it! I will be back

The worst hotel in Riyadh. Every time I go there I have a problem, I'll never set foot in that hotel in my life. Horror experience. (1) always problem with billing (2) reception personnel completely incompetent (3) Uber refuses to pick up people in the morning because the position is terrible

The hotel is very clean, looks well organised as the staff are very attentive. Breakfast is always amazing, such a variety and all very fresh. Staff again have excellent customer service skills, Ahtem, Geraldine, Ailen and vanesa are great staff and the hotel should be proud

The hotel is comfortable and the staff are helpful. But there were small niggles that are unnecessary and really shouldn’t happen at a luxury hotel. My mobile phone couldn’t connect to the WiFi. The usual “room number and surname” led to an error, so I had to get a special 10 digit access code in reception. Weird. But the strangest thing was that the aircon was off and the control pad inactive. I had to call housekeeping and they activated it remotely. I had two back-to-back bookings, and at the start of my second “stay” the aircon was deactivated again, and I had to call housekeeping again to get it working. So it is an intentional setup. Very strange and not what I expect from a top hotel brand. Thirdly I couldn’t leave a credit card to cover incidentals. I had to pay a deposit on my room and then get a refund for the unused balance at check out. The gym is small. The pool and sun deck is beautiful. Would I stay again? Probably not, there are great hotels in Riyadh.

The room was incredibly spacious and luxurious and the hotel feels new and polished everywhere, even the corridors are delightful. Complimentary water is available everywhere which is a nice touch. Housekeeping were fantastic offering two visits per day and I didn’t want for anything. I was very impressed by the service levels in the wonderful hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and there was a genuine warmth and welcoming nature with every member of staff that I interacted with. I felt very well Again Rooms are well tidy.

Mr Kamal Ram was very helpful. He helped with the luggage very actively, and gave a room tour explaining the amenities. Very helpful and friendly person. Overall he was very careful with the handling of the logistics, and very dedicated to his duty.
