Wonderful staff at a really lovely hotel. We had a fabulous time in Riva. The staff in the hotel always seemed to go above and beyond. They are all really friendly and encouraged us with our poor Italian. The room was lovely - on the 3rd floor with a side view of the marina area of the lake from the balcony. The room was always kept very clean and tidy and we appreciated the innovative way our towels were folded. My only negative would be the corner of the wooden bed which I kept knocking into. This was solved by popping a blanket under the mattress to cushion the corner. The bathroom was a good size with a walk-in shower and lots of toiletries. Breakfast was plentiful and the restaurant overlooks the pool. Lots of healthy options along with cooked eggs/omelettes on request and plenty of cakes and pastries (which we tried to resist). There’s a lovely seating area outside and bar prices were reasonable and service superb. We’ve been to the south of the lake several times before but wouldn’t hesitate to return to Riva and stay at Hotel Mirage

Beautiful hotel can’t fault it, staff so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Spotlessly clean and had amazing balcony views of the lake. Loads of choice for breakfast. Even got a cake for my birthday. Husband had a lovely massage in the spa. Definitely will return here In the future.

This was our first time in Lake Garda and we chose a hotel that was near to the beach literally a 5 min stroll away. It was a 15 minute walk into the town centre which suited us perfectly. The facilities at the hotel were excellent the pool area was absolutely spotless there were plenty of sunbeds and we had our same beds everyday. The upstairs sunbathing was also lovely with big canopy beds and again plenty of room and lovely views of the lake. Breakfasts were amazing and plentiful with a variety to suit everyone lovely coffee and an abundance of choices hot and cold. We also found the hotel bar prices very reasonable indeed infact the prices throughout the resort were excellent. Our top favourite for this hotel would have to be the staff they were all truly amazing so friendly and so helpful nothing was too much trouble we were greeted with such warmth. A big thank you to Elena and the girls on reception, Luisa on the bar an absolute gem and the girls at breakfast all lovely especially Katia all in all a 5 star stay with 5 star services and will be coming back just as soon as we can.

The hotel was fantastic. Great location with a 15 minute beautiful walk along the lake to RIva. Great views of the lake and mountains. Hotel rooms were to a high standard with very comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. The hotel was clean and modern. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning had multiple choices and filled us up for the day. The swimming pool was brilliant. Never got too busy and always somewhere to sit and lounge. This hotel is an absolute gem and couldn’t fault it. Best place we stayed in whilst in Italy. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you

Amazing hotel, we will definitely visit again. Every staff member was brilliant, be it the help we had from Sara when we booked directly or the other amazing Sara on front desk. The barman, the breakfast staff, housekeeping, literally everyone we met there was so friendly and so helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean, breakfast is stunning and the pool area is perfect for a chill out. Location is a major plus, opposite the stunning mountains and lake, plus literally just step outside the hotel for shops, restaurants etc. There is car parking and bike hire at the hotel. Thanks to everyone at the Lakefront Mirage, what a perfect hotel.

This hotel is amazing! The entire hotel, the staff, the breakfast, the services etc was top class! My husband and I spent five nights at Lakefront Hotel Mirage as part of our honeymoon and we could not stop talking about how lovely this hotel was during our entire stay. Even though the hotel is on the far end of Riva and circa 30min walk to the city centre, the bikes that are provided by the hotel makes it very easy to get anywhere in a very simple manor. And as a breakfast-lover - I enjoyed every morning to the fullest. Every member of staff that we met always had a smile, were engaging and helpfull 🫶 If you go to Riva - this hotel is a must for you! Don't let the fact that a quite busy road is located near the hotel scare you - it is not noisy and it feels very safe. Just go here!

Lovely hotel with out door swimming pool for the good weather and friendly staff great area plenty of restaurants within walking distance and shopping close by and boat tours to other towns. And the cable car was brilliant the views was amazing and there is a restaurant at the top

We booked 2 lake front facing view rooms. When we arrived, the rooms allocated were on the 4th floor. The view was facing directly onto another building which obscured our view of the lake as it was literally facing a huge blue wall. This made our rooms dark. We never used our balconies due to this depressing wall.
