Pride Hotel and Resort Rishikesh

The stay is extraordinary. And the food is literally the best I've had on any of my vacations. The service was excellent and quick, be it room service of restaurant service. Would be my preferred stay every visit to Rishikesh. And would recommend to anyone visiting Rishikesh. We were served the complimentary breakfast at 12 noon on request since we had to visit Neelkanth.

This hotel is the worst in the whole trip to rishikesh in the hotel when we were eating in the restaurant we ordered a egg curry when we entered the restaurant of the hotel on 403 our room number we were total 9 people in that 1 people was sitting in the room and the other 8 were eating in the restaurant including me Miraj Shah there was nothing in the egg curry no onion no black pepper and lemon Which should be given with the food we ordered the one member who was in the room he called and told that give me onion back papper but the call was not accepted so he called Me so I told that give onion black pepper and lemon in the room number 403 when we sat on the table and gave our oder to the restaurant but they didn't gave it and the all the food that we ordered in the restaurant was finished and the egg curry was cold till now because of the onion lemon the taste would not come so the all the food we ordered it was wasted the staff of the reception too when we asked to give the feedback form 2 times he declined after listening our talk he said I would give you tomorrow so we asked the when we started recording the video of it so he gave the form after the video recording was done overall all the food was wasted and the food and staff is the worst thing of the hotel

The staff at Pride rishikesh made my stay truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. The housekeeping staff kept my room immaculate, and the concierge provided fantastic recommendations for local attractions and dining. I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and kindness shown by every member of the team. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Pride rishikesh and its outstanding staff specially Mr.Suresh from front office definitely I will visiting the area again
