Had a lovely experience as the staff were very helpful. The hotel is 3 star so expect That. The room was cleaned daily. Had a little fridge and plenty of power points. We stayed in Room 1. Had basic bathroom supplies. Towels were amazing and so soft and changed daily. A suggestion is that there is a list Just to the right outside the train station near the mosaic mural. Pay the 2 euro and go up and then you can just walk down about 300 Metres past the church to hotel. To do this you don’t have to lug baggage up and downs stairs and hills. Wish I knew that tip. Bed was queen size but dipped into the middle. Our room was clean and the hotel is in the centre of all the action. Cheap wine and deli supplies just 2. Minutes walk at 5 Terre shop.

Terrible. Very dirty. Smells like sewrage. I refused to stay altgough i booked for 5 nights. The lady said she will not refund any money. I didn’t care. I just wanted to get the hell out if there. (Btw i refunded my money!)

This hotel appears to be run by teenagers. Whenever a question is asked the comment back was “Did you read the packet I gave you?” We did receive a packet but there were many clarifying questions. Why would you employ staff that don’t want to help guests? Getting to the room was a little difficult until someone explained that most hotels are through the pedestrian tunnel… not explained in the directions. The room appeared clean but the shower head was filled with mold and there were an old pair of smelly shoes in a cupboard upon our arrival. There was no WiFi in the room and no cell signal either. The kids at the desk expect you to leave your room and stand outside in the courtyard to use the hotel Wifi. There are many better options in town, don’t get ****** into this one!

Point positif l'emplacement Notre premiere chambre la numéro 1 le luminaire dehors qui éclairait toute la chambre Merci de nous avoir changer de chambre mais Négatif le vol de mon pantalon dans ma valise dans cette nouvelle chambre rendu 2 jours après avoir insisté sur le vol.il m'a été rendu en me le balançant presque en pleine figure De ce jour on a vérifié les valises tout les soirs du stress Ses 2 jours ou notre chambre n'a pas été faite La parois de douche chambre 12 pas fixé Le tuyau au dessus des wC qui fuit d'autres papiers WC mouille Donc nous n'y retournerons pas et le conseillerons pas désolé

Camera semplice ma funzionale e pulita, con un delizioso terrazzo che ci ha permesso ogni mattina di far colazione fuori poiché fornito di tavolino e sedie. Iniziare la giornata sorseggiando un tè guardando il verde che circonda Riomaggiore è impareggiabile. Irene ed Eleonora addette al ricevimento e all'assistenza sono state utilissime ancora prima della prenotazione in fase di telefonata informativa poiché ci hanno ben spiegato i vantaggi di soggiornare a Riomaggiore per godere di vantaggi e sconti per visitare i dintorni. L'ufficio ricevimento è disponibile tutti i giorni ma rispondono telefonicamente anche la sera malgrado sia chiuso. Cortesia e disponibilità. Esperienza positiva!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene con il personale molto gentile e disponibile ma la pulizia delle camere da rivedere, 3 dita di polvere sotto il letto, mancanza di accessori essenziali (tende, porta spazzolino porta saponette)bagno e stanza piene di ragnatele.

Pessima esperienza.camera buia e umida.scarsa pulizia.letto rifatto a malapena.Camera per 1 adulto e 2 bambini carissima per la tipologia offerta.Wifi inesistente.Biamcheria da letto scarsissima.Condizionatore rumoroso. Decisamente sconsigliato
