I demand a refund asap!!
I stayed here in February 2024 and was rudely awoken by a police officer at 2am after a disturbance in the room next to me. (9th floor exec lounge)
I mistakenly gave them another chance for one night this summer, after a great night in the exec lounge, I had a shower and attempted to get into bed only to find blood speckled all over the bedsheets.
The prices this hotel charges, basic cleanliness and hygiene should be the bare minimum to be expected!

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay at this new and clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary snacks and drinks provided at check-in. The breakfast spread was excellent and delicious. The location is very convenient for Terminal 2. However, there aren’t any nearby restaurants, and since we were using Terminal 1, it took about 15 minutes to walk there. Overall, it’s a great choice, highly recommended.

GGuest UserWe have stayed at this hotel a couple of times previously.
Unfortunately on the last occasion 10th March (arrived 1am and left 10.30am) we had some cleanliness issues. Our room (517) needed hoovering and a hand towel had make up on it.
However the day manager did quickly apologise and said she would contact housekeeping to ensure that this would not happen again. We are (with friends) due again in October this year. She also offered a level of discount to be applied on our future stay , probably for dinner.
We thought that these actions were professional and courteous.

MMandy&CharlieI recently stayed at the Ibis Budget Hotel in Manchester and had an excellent experience. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it incredibly convenient for our trip, especially since we were picking up my son from the airport.
The hotel was impeccably clean, and the room was comfortable, providing all the essentials for a good night's rest. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near Manchester Airport.

WWeRunTheHamptonsNice cheap option when all the hotels in central Manchester were so expensive. Less than 5 mins walk to station and frequent trains into town. Didn’t spend much time here but bar service was great and rooms were clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast was very nice too

Jj.asssDuring my stay, one of the restaurant staff was rude and made my family and me feel uneasy. The person didn't have good customer service skills, and it felt like we were being treated badly, which was upsetting. On the positive side, the receptionist was welcoming, lovely breakfast and the location is convenient.

MMother and daughterArrived really late but quick checkin , room clean and bed really comfy , taxi from airport was under 10 mins and cost roughly £15 ( tip included 😊) good nights sleep followed by breakfast which is included in the price , everything from fruit , cereals , yogurt , toast or to set you up for your travels you can have a cooked breakfast, really enjoyed and the staff were lovely, hotel called a taxi for us which arrived really quick and we were on our way back to the station stress free , highly

DDavidIf you stay at a Premier Inn bring a toilet brush!
I use Premier Inn quite a lot - convenient, comfortable and value for money. Not this time! There seems to have been a change in corporate policy, for the worse. The card that I got when checking in told me that I could get my room made up by informing Reception before 12:00, which I did. Upon my return to the room nothing had been done! Reception then informed me that their head office policy now was for stays longer than one night, rooms would only be made up after 5 days! Fortunately they found some clean towels, replacement tea bags and a toilet brush. Someone from the bar then helped me make up the room and clean the bathroom. Top marks for staff helpfulness but no marks for corporate cleanliness.

GGuest UserWas my first time at Premier Inn and i was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Since there are two hotels on site, I wasn’t sure which ones i was to be in so my Uber driver had to wait while i went inside the hotel. I walked right past the reception desk ( easy to miss bc its so small) and went to kiosk but wasn’t being successfully with it. So teh employee at teh reception desk came over and asked if her could help and checked me in in a heartbeat, allowing me to dismiss the Uber driver. Then the same employee not only helped me with my luggage, but took it up in the elevator for me, and the whole time he explained the amenities of the hotel. Once we reached my room, he continued to show me how the key and electricity works, etc. He also arranged for my airport shuttle in the morning. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he was excellent on customer service!!!
The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The TV automatically turned itself on and I had a hard time finding how to turn it off- no instructions or remote, etc. Although I didn’t use the coffee supplies, the fact that you had liquid milk/creamer for the coffee was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft and the pillows too hard. I also could have I used a blanket and top sheet but turned on the heat instead to be comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or order any room service.
