We had a terrific stay. The dinner was great and also the breakfast was amazing! We really enjoyed our night here and hope to return soon. The wellness was not busy even on a Saturday afternoon

Will be back!

Warm welkom, prachtige ruime kamer met uitzicht. Heerlijk spa met zwembad . Meerdermale geweest om te relaxen en ontspanning.

Vriendelijke service en mooie kamer met gratis drankjes in de mini bar (in veel hotels zijn die tegenwoordig leeg). Onduidelijk voor mij dat de parkeerkosten 19,95 euro bedragen. Werd niet duidelijk aangegeven voorafgaand aan het verblijf en tijdens het inchecken. Uiteindelijk werden deze kwijtgescholden door de manager beverage. Vriendelijke man. Ik kom hier toch weer ondanks de Deense dame achter de receptie die zich nogal bits en kortaf opstelde.

Dure parkeer plaats, heb ergens anders de auto geparkeerd Aardig personeel, Thomas leidde ons voor de faciliteiten, Gijs en Gwen deden ook hun best voor de goede sfeer alleen 1 bij het afscheid, geen enkel attentie, hoort niet zo te zijn Goed room service en schoonmaak, goede service bij technische problemen Fijne Wellness, maar sommige faciliteiten stoppen te gauw, weer knoppen indrukken... Niet echt een 5 sterren hotel, wel en leuk verblijf Mvg.Hickman

周邊沒有什麼配套，環境不錯，但是房間裏有一衹大昆蟲，工作人員幫忙處理掉了

Prima hotel, goed ontbijt en mooie welness. Alleen kamers zijn erg gehorig!!

My 7-year-old daughter and I had a incredible girls’ weekend. Upon arrival, the receptionist asked for my daughter’s size and then brought her a robe and slippers to our room. The pool was serene and beautiful with head and shoulder water pressure massagers. The staff was constantly cleaning the spa facilities. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, and indoor sauna and steam rooms. The room was elegant and modern with turn down service. We will definitely be back!

Dear, I would like to thanks for this great and superb Weekend in your Hotel&Spa. All was really good , the room was top, no noise, big Room and the Spa was really funny that’s open until 23H it’s really a Plus for customer stay @Hotel the evening 😉 Also the Reception and the Breakfast was really top.. and sympathy with customer.

Had a great experience at the hotel and spa. All the staff is very friendly as well. You get a welcome drink upon checking in. The room was nice and spacious and was nicely decorated. The entry to the spa is included when you stay at the hotel. On a Saturday afternoon it was rather busy but is still enjoyable and calms down towards the evening. The outdoor saunas were really nice and you have a nice view from there of the garden. We had a full body massage as well which felt like heaven.

Do not go here for the wellness, it is very disappointing: the sauna and wirlpool have very low temperatures. The floors around the wellness are soaking wet and slippery, I almost fell a few times. The restaurant is ok, but the meals are served by interns. The executive room was ok. Overall not a 5 star experience.

When we arrived the reception was empty. There was not even a welcome drink in the room. The cleanliness of the hotel in general and the room in particular left a lot to be desired. Nothing you would expect from a 5 star hotel.The room was horribly decorated. The rug under the bed was completely crooked, and a wooden lamp that almost pierced my eyes twice. Over the bed there was a button that said do not disturb with a night light so bright it was impossible to sleep well. The bedroom furniture was old and chipped.The bathtub had one of the faucets broken.The hotstone massage was one of the worst ever. Impossible to relax when the masseuse tries to make conversation and makes so much noise with the stones that it is impossible to relax even 1 min. The pool was okay. The rest of the SPA we did not try.We booked dinner at reception but when we arrived at the restaurant there was no reservation. The rest was across the street from the hotel, very uncomfortable having to go out to dinner in another building, especially on a cold and rainy day. But the worst was yet to come. We asked if it would be possible to make a bowl of rice or pasta for our 3 year old daughter but they refused. What restaurant, much more than 5 stars, refuses to make a simple rice for a child? Neither the poorest restaurant nor a 3 star hotel. Then we ordered fondue for two. When the waitress brought us the food came a plate with 5 small pieces of grilled meat and a tiny bowl of fries. When we said that it was not what we had ordered, but the fondue, they told us that the restaurant no longer made fondue. But then why was it on the menu? Why didn't the employee who served us the first time inform us that there was no fondue? As the dish that came was very little food for 2 adults and 1 child, we ordered another steak. Waiting another 30 min. When the waitress came with the plate, she dumped the fries all over the floor. We had to wait a little longer for the fries.The steak was good but for 30€ you expected a little more than 5 tiny strips of meat and a small bowl of pre-fried supermarket potatoes. Needless to say, our 3 year old daughter ate very poorly.Definitely untrained and very unfriendly staff.Breakfast was mediocre for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast at the level of a 2 star pension. 5 star hotel has absolutely nothing. At most 3 stars and already very forced. In the end they wanted to charge us 15€ for the car park when the reservation we made on *********** said that the car park was free. As we complained about the bad service they did, they decided to withdraw the 15€ from the final bill and the two tonic waters we drank for dinner. Hotel not recommendable at all.

We arrived and the receptionist was not there (which would be ok if they didn't sell themselves as a 5 starts hotel). The room was definitively not a 5 stars hotel, decent size but not well decorated with furniture arranged badly. We slept with a service light over our heads that couldn't be turned off (ironically enough the light to indicate "do not disturb") nor cover it. No welcome drinks or anything fancy but a small package of stroopwaffels (again would be fine but not for a 5 stars hotel). We wanted to book a massage for the next day and the receptionist told us that is another department and that we should send an email (not the level of service you expect from a 5 stars Restaurant and SPA Hotel), so no massage. By the way, we had to check out by 11 am of the next day and we were not allowed for SPA services after that. We included breakfast and the breakfast room was outside the hotel, that should have been reached by going outside the parking and you couldn't go with the bathrobe (as we were told by the receptionist)...again you sure you are also a SPA? We went to the SPA, all massage rooms empty and the rest fully occupied. The sauna rooms are outside and you have to go through some kind of hospital dark corridors to be outside. These rooms allow for 2 people, 1 was full and the other one didn't work. The view of the lake is actually a dark small puddle with the parking and the highways beyond. Eventully we didn't use any SPA facility. Cherry on top is 15 euro of parking. 5 stars hotel seriously? If it was a barely 3 stars I would have been ok.
