Ulasan Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel, Riga

The location is fine but an old room is allocated during my stay so strong toilet odor is smelled in my room. Even worse is my credit card was charged without authorization (despite they refund but transaction cost is still incurred and the customer needed to bear for the hotel's mistake), given that the room is fully prepaid. Had strong doubt on the integrity of the staff, be careful if u stay in this hotel.

Hotel veramente meraviglioso : accogliente sin dalla reception. Ristorante con prodotti di ottima qualità per colazioni e cene a buffet ottimali. C’è’ casinò’ all’interno (non provato), SPA (25,00 euro a pagamento se non inclusa, ma ne vale la pena) ed al 26.mo piano sky bar. Fantastico. Va bene per tutti: gruppi, business, amici, e famiglie. Il top a Rīga nel rapporto qualità prezzo. La città vecchia distra circa 300 metri.

Really poor service from the staff. They were not service minded when asked for help. Higher expectations from a Radisson!

Nice place. And as a surprise we had free access to the spa every day. Very nice breakfast.

Great service, amazing city view, great spa included in the package. Breakfast was second to none. It was kinda cold in the room but I called the reception and they brought a heater. So 10/10 from me!

Such a beautiful hotel with amazing views. Lovely breakfast. Staff went above and beyond and made our stay for a wedding anniversary extra special.

Centrally located (old town, art nouveau quarter, station, opera etc.). The hotel arranged a pick-up at the airport, lent us umbrellas, authorised late check-out etc., in short, were very helpful. Good breakfast with rather sloppy presentation

Had a late check in. All good with reception. Hotel room very comfortable with many amenities. Breakfast with great choices both hot and cold. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel with very polite and helpful staff, breathtaking views from the room and great breakfast. Thank you very much for the upgrade to premium room which was fabulous.
