Quiet, clean and the staff was accommodating. Easy walk to the convention center and lots of delicious food options nearby as well.

We stayed here while attending an Expo at the convention center. Parking is on the street but there was not a problem with ample parking. Check in was very easy, the hotel is very artsy and the decor inside is lovely. It's a very welcoming feel as you walk in, dining options at and around the bar are nicely done. Staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful with any needs. The room we had was on the 7th floor, it is tastefully furnished and had a balcony. This is a great location to be in and will definitely look at staying here again when visiting Richmond.

This hotel just misses the mark. At over £450 per night for a double room we expected more. We could hear the activities and conversations of our neighbours throughout the night through the walls. It is well situated in the Art District and a free bus runs the length of Broad Street. I wouldn't book again though.

Room was not ready at 4:15 Saturday
Did not know you had to call and request room service when staying Sunday night. The lobby was cold everyday Sat Dun Mon . The room 301 was to small for the price and could not see out window.over 6ft above my head.

My room was underwhelming. My nightstand had a fresh coffee spill that I had to clean myself and the toilet in my room was full of urine and toilet paper when I walked in. I brought my own Clorox wipes and the desk and remote in my room made the wipes dirty. The floor in my room was beat up and sticky. The service at the desk and valet was very good. Overall I was not impressed for the price I paid- the cost is clearly the novelty of the lobby, not the sparse rooms.

I was actually unsure about this place, but was somewhat surprised by the style of the place because it is NOT what you've become accustomed to with hotels. Very different feel, almost a barn feel to it. Very Wayfair kind of decorating. Bathroom shower was very spacious and offered plenty of hot water and water pressure. High ceilings, different bed setup by using a wooden frame, eliminating the need for a boxspring mattress. Just overall pleasantly surprised and I'd stay here again.

It was an okay stay, nothing luxury about this place. Sent me a welcome text and told me to contact anything I need, I asked for a sewing kit, but no one ever responded to my text.

We stay here for my son’s orientation at VCU and love it.
The hotel is very clean & artsy. Services by reception & restaurant staff were great.
Our room on the 6th floor was very nice: clean, roomy with high ceiling.
Would stay here again if we come back in town in the future.
