Hotel Villaggio Stromboli

travelled through with my sister, santa yes 2 nights and have a lovely quiet time enjoying the amenities by the pool with view on the bay - particularly nice at sunset. very friendly and helpful staff, from reception to the bar/restaurant.

This hotel was a resort style, our room was a newly modern renovated room, it was stunning. The grounds are beautiful, the staff very friendly. They have a private beach, which is at the bottom of a steep hill, they provide a golf cart to bring you down and up. At the beach there is a restaurant which we ate at and it was great! They also have a big beautiful pool with very comfortable beach chairs. I and my family were very happy with this resort.

ANIMAZIONE PESSIMA SOLO 3 RAGAZZI CON ABBIGLIAMENTO SPORCHISSIMO E SCARSA IGIENE POCO PRESENTABILE AL PUBBLICO, LOTTERIA SETTIMANALE TRUCCATISSIMA PESCAVANO DEI NUMERI MA POI USCIVANO DALLE TASCHE ALTRI NUMERI ACCORDATI CON UNA SELEZIONE DI CLIENTI, LINGUAGGIO E ATTEGGIAMENTO UTILIZZATO POCO ADATTO AD UNA UTENZA DI FAMIGLIE, 10 PUNTI SOLO PER ARIANNA ADDETTA AL MINICLUB UNICA PREDISPOSTA E DEDITA AL SUO LAVORO. PISCINA MOLTO BELLA E ALLESTIMENTO LETTINI ED OMBRELLONI NUOVO MANCA PERÒ UN BAGNINO!!! VISTA TRAMONTI MOZZAFIATO!! GENTILISSIMO PERSONALE ACCOGLIENZA E BAR PISCINA.

A hotel with a great view. Animators are fantastic, especially Arianna. Our kids loved her. Hotel offers nice entertainment not only for children, but for adults as well. With my mother in law we really enjoyed aqua gym and "gioco caffe". We had half board arrangement^choice offered for breakfasts and dinners was very nice. Menue for dinners was always different, the food was delicious. There was always a swimming pool available, our kids did not want to leave it as they enjoyed it a lot. Beach is small, only for the hotel. If you are sensitive, be ready to take beach shoes with you as the shore is not a sandy but a rocky one.

Poor service. We spend one and a half months getting the refund, and when we call them and asked them when we will get the refund, they were making fun of us. The deal was a free cancellation, so I would appreciate it that you give the frame when the payment is made as a hotel.

My mother and I just came back from our holiday at the Villagio stromboli and it was amazing! A nice room, a restaurant with sea view and a sandy beach to relax. Many thanks to the staff who is very corteous, warm-hearted and ready to help in any situation. Heartfelt thanks also to the whole animation team: Ivan, Tiziano, Lydia, Marilena and Mery are doing such a great job there! All of them are very open-minded, full of energy, motivating and it always had been a pleasure to see them!❤ All in all a stay at the Villagio stromboli is a good choice in every sense!

premessa importante: animatore fantastico, in reception tutti gentilissimi, ma la direzione fa pena e non sa la Customer Satisfaction cosa sia. Abbiamo avuto un episodio bruttissimo durante il nostro soggiorno, la signora delle pulizie mentre era in camera ha messo le mani nel mio portafogli, ed una volta che l’abbiamo notato ha anche risposto male, e la direzione non ha offerto nessun tipo di compensazione, anzi hanno provato a farci pagare di più con bevande che non abbiamo ordinato. Mai più, vergognatevi.

Il villaggio si trova nella zona chic di Stromboli...Posizione fantastica sul mare, stanze ampie e pulite, bagno ampio, aria condizionata e ventola a soffitto, colazione gradevole su splendida terrazza vista Strombolicchio. Contesto molto curato pieno di fiori e piante straordinari. Ottimo ristorante con terrazza da urlo sul mare non facente parte del villaggio ma a 10 scalini dalla reception. Ideale per pigri e stanchi. Un gattone rosso di nome Biscotto a pelo lungo accoglie gli ospiti alla reception..potrebbe diventare uno dei simboli del Villaggio...ci vorrebbe però una bella spazzolata al pelo. Se la merita.
