Pefkos Village Resort

We have just returned from a week in this gem of a complex. The apartments were nice bright and spacious, they were cleaned daily. Breakfast was beautiful every morning with great choice. Pool area was lovely with comfortable beds, although we spent a lot of time and the beach which was a 5 minute walk to a spectacular beach. All the staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly, a special shout out to Demitrious and Eva beautiful people who would make guest feel welcome. We will definitely return in the near future 💕💕

A late decision to have some sun did give concern with the rowdiness on the plane. Thankfully they went elsewhere. It may be a bit out of Pefkos resort, but in honesty that was a benifit to my liking. The appartment was bright, well furnished and maintained brilliantly by the housekeeper while we were there. Cleaned and tidied daily and linen changed frequently. We went in a unusually early heatwave but the aircon worked great The site complex while compact was immaculatly maintained with lush vegetation and delightful mature olive trees in abundance. The pool area was well provided with sunbeds and plenty of shade. The real plus to this resort is its people. From the owner.. (Who my wife mistook for the new boy as he was without uniform...) to the new staff actually being trained, they exhibit a real joy in the way they perform their duties. The breakfast buffet is a delight with early fresh foods provided every day.... Far too much choice with attentive staff explaining any greek dishes for the day.... And do try them you will be amazed by both the savoury and sweet options. My normal simple oat start replaced by a multi course delight. And if you wanted eggs scrambled, fried omelettes then that is just another story.... If you have experienced a uk cafe outlet with uncleared tables and slow service then after seeing how the few staff perform their duties with speed courtesty and any neessary interaction. You will be thinking why can't uk service be as good..... And as for the lunch and dinner service the food is simply superb.... The menu is limited but more than adequate to meet anyones needs. Can't praise highly enough the staff. They seemed to have an inate ability to both do their jobs but interact in the most lovely way. Never intrusive but always appropriate.

My 2nd visit to PVR, but my first since being widowed. Danny on reception ensured a warm welcome and answered my questions. Was also able to buy some drinking water and snacks at the wee shop next to reception to get me through till morning . My room was spacious, very clean, there was a bath and hand held shower which was absolutely fine, always had hot water whatever the time of day. Clean sheets and towels appeared a lot more than I expected during my stay which was lovely. I also had a lovely big balcony. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, from continental style to bacon, sausage, beans, mushrooms, and lots of fresh fruit, and pastries. Breakfast is a buffet style, and runs till quite late in the morning, which is great considering how many times I slept late. Manolis (the lovely egg man) is there every morning to cook eggs any way you want them, and his omelets' are very popular. Nektaria the chef really makes sure everyone starts their day with a good breakfast, and in the evening she's there cooking the most beautiful evening meals with fabulous fresh ingredients. Whether its lunch from the snack menu, or evening meal, portions are very generous. The pool area is lovely with a small pool for very young children very close to a small play park which I imagine makes life a little easier for parents. The hotel gardener does a brilliant job of keeping the place green and colourful, and the outside building with Shower, toilets, and Laundry room is also very clean. I had such a relaxing and very pleasant holiday at this hotel. Vasillis the owner, really has gathered together a 'dream team' of people who all helped make my holiday perfect. Nothing is too much trouble for Vasillis, Adela on Reception, Eva, Dimitri, Johanna, Kostas, Manolis, Nektaria and the brilliant cleaners keeping the place spotless. This hotel is set in a peaceful and relaxing green haven, with super helpful, informative, and friendly staff. It's my 'go to' hotel in Pefkos now, and I'm going back in July for my 3rd visit.

Perfect holiday… We’ve just returned from our 4th stay at PVR and and had a wonderful time. Vasilis and his team go out of their way to ensure that your holiday is perfect. From Andela and Antonio on Reception to Dimitri, Eva, Johanna and Costas in the bar and restaurant - all give you a friendly welcome. The rooms are spotless as are the gardens - it is the perfect place to recharge batteries and escape from it all. Also, forgot to mention breakfasts and restaurant food all fresh and home cooked. Just returned from our seventh stay at Pefkos village hotel .As always everything was perfect. Rooms spotless pool area excellent and dining area always clean and tidy. Breakfast first class Something for everyone.Staff as always brilliant nothing is a problem. Andella the perfect receptionist always there to help with any questions. Nectaria superb chef and beautiful person always smiling and helpful Big thanks to dimitri and Eva , first class restaurant staff who we soon became good friends with. Big thank you to Vasilli and family for all their help. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

visited may 2023 and was a great experience, was quite quiet but staff are lovely, apartments are great condition. pool very nice and just nice to sit back and relax. good with kids but younger ones potentially could get a bit bored as not a lot of activities however there is a little park. would visit again.

What an absolute treasure of a place, on arrival we were greeted by a very lovely receptionist, and I am ever so sorry but I can't remember her name. She was very knowledgeable about the area and advised us on places to visit. She personally escorted us to our apartment, chatting all the time about what to expect, she was an absolute pleasure. She left us to get settled and we then explored the apartment. It was not a bad size at all. To be honest it was a different layout to what we were expecting but we got over that, not quite sure as to why the TV was in the bedroom? Also rather strange that the bathroom was also in the bedroom, which did make it quite awkward in a morning. I am an early riser, 05:45 to 06:00 every day even on holiday and I could not take a shower and get ready for the day without waking up the hubby.. Small flaw in my opinion is that the resort did not provide a t-towel, washing up liquidor a sponge to clean plates and cups, other resorts I have visited supplied small bottles and a sponge, maybe as a suggestion these could be added to the room? The whole resort was lovely and clean and when we visited it was very quiet, 23rd May to the 30th May 2024. All staff at the resort were super friendly and polite, they made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and if we visit Rhodes again, we would definitely rebook. First time visiting Greece for me and it will not be the last... So sorry for forgetting the receptionist name

Really good hospitality and accomodation. Staff was really friendly great food and refreshing beverages. Definitely will be revisiting Pefkos Village. My little sister also loved it as the staff there interacted with her to make her enjoy herself I rate this hotel 10/10 well done staff at Pefkos

Our best experience of a Greek hotel by far. We are a family of 4 with 2 small children and went half board which was absolutely perfect for us. They were especially sensitive about catering for one of our boys with food allergies so we felt safe every time we ate. The meals are incredible, service is excellent and they couldn't do enough to help us throughout the stay. The hotel is family run and has an authentic Greek feel about which we really wanted. Most people we spoke to have returned year after year and we can see why. Nektaria, the chef is truly endearing and the most genuine Greek cook we have met in our many times to the various islands. She is very passionate she greets everyone with smiles and cuddles / high fives for the children. The food at all thee mealtimes is quintessential greek home made food with plenty of options for more pub grub style food at lunch in particular. Being half board there is a small supplement for some of the more expensive evenings dishes (prawns, steak etc) but some of the biggest portions were included without any surcharge. The small added costs were well worth it though and we did not have a single meal we were not 100% satisfied with. A special mention to the waiting/ bar staff Dimitri, Eva, Johanna and Costas. They were always at hand to make sure everything was provided for and Dimitri in particular was very friendly and attentive to us throughout. Vasilis (owner) is present throughout the day and evening and is very welcoming which adds to the family run feel about it. The pool and rooms were nice and clean and all in close proximity so great to be able to nip back to grab something if needed. There was a nice balcony area in front of the room to sit out on in the evening whilst kids slept. Overall an amazing trip and we are looking forward to planning our next holiday here.
