Everything was perfect ! We had a special time at the hotel everybody was smiling and next to us in every aspect of our trip at Rhodos Kalathos in particular, The facilities were in excellent condition. Greatings to the team at the poolside restaurant!!!

We had a truly wonderful stay! From the very beginning, Gabriella took care of us with exceptional attention, starting even before our arrival. She helped us with email communication, transportation arrangements, and room assistance, ensuring everything was perfectly organized. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with thoughtful treats, and throughout our stay, Gabriella continued to accommodate us at every step—from breakfast to pool time, and dinners at the restaurants. A special thanks also goes to Tanya from Guest Relations, who was always kind and helpful, to Antonis, the Bar Manager, for his excellent service, and to the amazing spa team—we enjoyed six spa treatments! Traveling with little kids can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made it feel effortless. Their care and hospitality made our experience truly memorable. Thank you again to Gabriella and the entire team for making our stay so special!

When coming to atrium palace go find Lucas on the beach. Great Guy with all the need to Know. Lovely calm hotel, and luxurious too. We’ll sure come back!

Fantastic Hotel. Our 5th visit. The garden pool rooms are so relaxing. Food is superb and all the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The private beach is an excellent place to relax and swim. Lukas is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him. Richard & Louise. June 2025

Beautifully clean hotel with fantastic food and great facilities. The area is quiet on a massive pebbly ( unfortunately) beach . All staff are super friendly and can’t do enough. We are coming to the end of a super chilled week here. You can visit other places quite easily, there’s buses and taxis aren’t super expensive. The spa is lovely, many thanks to Despina who did the most amazing treatments ( I still have one left to have ) outside the hotel within easy walking distance are a supermarket and a couple of restaurants & bars we visited them all and were impressed with all of them - super friendly people and a lovely holiday overall x many thanks

From the moment we arrived, this hotel was nothing short of perfection. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to cater to our every need. Their hospitality made our stay feel so special and personal. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was outstanding — easily the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Every corner, from the rooms to the common areas, was spotless and well-maintained. The food was exceptional across the board. Whether dining at the à la carte restaurants or enjoying the buffet, everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend opting for the premium all-inclusive package — every meal, snack, and drink (including branded options) was included and available whenever we wanted. The pool areas felt like paradise — peaceful, beautifully designed, and the perfect place to unwind. We also rented a car through the on-site rental company, and the process couldn’t have been easier. Picking up and dropping off the car directly from the hotel car park was seamless and stress-free. Even the little touches, like the reception arranging taxis, were done with care. The taxi service they use was consistently professional, with excellent drivers and clean, comfortable vehicles. What really stood out to us was how the staff went above and beyond when on our last day my husband was feeling unwell with a bad migraine. The hotel staff were so caring and attentive — they kindly let us use a room for the day after we had already checked out, so he could rest comfortably before our evening transfer. That gesture alone speaks volumes about the heart of this place. This is the kind of hotel where you’re truly looked after from start to finish. You’re made to feel like one of the family, and the level of care and attention is something I’ll never forget. I honestly cannot fault a single thing. If you’re looking for a flawless, relaxing, and genuinely warm experience — this is the place to go! Cannot wait to come back one day! Wishing you all at Atrium Palace a great Summer season!
