We have just returned home after an amazing week at this hotel. From the second we walked in the staff were extremely friendly and helpful on reception. The room and facilities were always kept clean daily. The food choice is brilliant. There is literally something for everyone in the main restaurant even if you are a little fussy. We particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant as the food there was exceptional! (The waiting staff here were all lovely, can’t remember all of their names but Sara in particular was always very polite and friendly) We spent a fair few days lounging by the main pool. Sun beds and towels were always available. We don’t recall one scenario where there wasn’t any. You can order food and drinks to your sun lounger if you wish by the App. We also enjoyed a couples massage in the on site spa which we thought was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this. There is a bus stop a short walk from the hotel where you can catch the bus either towards Lindos or the other way towards Rhodes with a good range of operating times. Overall it was a fantastic stay, our first time to Greece / Rhodes. We are looking to return for longer next year. We would like to thank Natalia in the main restaurant for greeting us with a smile every morning, Sara in the Italian restaurant and all of the staff. They are a credit. If you’re reading this and considering booking, go for it, you won’t be disappointed. See you next year! 10/10

If want a relaxed stay in a guaranteed 5 star establishment, this is it. We always go B&B all we need from a holiday is clean & smart accommodation..Good food and exemplary service from attentive staff...there is no more attentive than Pari in the dining hall...never have to ask she is just there delivering a 5 star service she is a credit to her trade. The Worlds a big place we never normally return to a place we have been but the Atrium Palace is a yearly pilgramidge simply down to the service we recieve and how well the place is run from top down.

Again a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. I travelled with my mum and we throughly enjoyed our stay . The hotel staff are all exceptional, special shout out to Valentina in the main restaurant who went above and beyond to help my mum after she fell, Beatrice, Paulina and Nikos in the main bar who made the most amazing drinks, Paul who runs the Marathon car hire who gave us a great deal on a hire car and moved a car over to the hotel which was the same as my own, so I didn’t have to worry about driving a different car, Natalie in the Ala carte restaurant who always had a smile and gave great service , Lucas at the beach who was always cheerful and helpful and least but not last the hotel manager who takes time each day to speak with all the guests and genuinely cares about any issues. The hotel is spotlessly clean, you can always get a sun-bed at anytime time of the day. The beach is spacious, but you will need water shoes as it’s pebbly. The food and drinks are first class, will definitely return in the future. We stayed all inclusive and loved the ability to scan the QR code and order food & drink from our sun loungers and book the Ala carte restaurants via the app. The Ala carte restaurants are amazing and are free for all inclusive guests, our favourites were Zen and Asterias over looking the beach. We also visited the sister hotels- the Atrium Prestige and Atrium Platinum and can honestly say this is the best hotel out of the 3 ! Thank you for making our stay amazing, looking forward to returning in the future.

Can't wait to visit this lovely hotel again. I was there for a week with a girlfriend and had a wonderful relaxing holiday. The hotel is run as a family - all the staff are incredible and can't do enough for you. Their motto is 'we want you to be happy'. If something is wrong they will put it right. A special mention to Savvas Papantoniou for looking after us so well. The hotel is well laid out with numerous pools, plenty of sunbeds, lots of shady areas, close to the beach with a few tavernas if you wish to eat out of the hotel and a couple of mini markets for snacks etc. The food is excellent with a great choice, buffet style and well presented. Can't comment on the individual restaurants as we were very satisfied with the buffets. Evening entertainment was unexpected good and suitable for a discerning audience. All in all a great hotel. Not surprising that 60% are returning guests. I shall be one of them!!!

Incredible hotel! One of the best I’ve stayed at. Staff are all very friendly and deliver excellent customer service and care. Sunloungers are extremely comfortable and we loved the app where you could order food and drink to your sunlounger either round the pool or beach - what a game changer! Dinner was fantastic every single night, lots of variety, and we loved that you could order their Al a carte dishes as well in the main restaurant. We had lunch in the Greek restaurant one afternoon and the food was delicious. Fantastic quality and very tasty. The beach is lovely, very peaceful. The mini supermarket had all the essentials you need if you forgot anything. Rooms were lovely and very comfortable. Netflix available on TVs to watch some late night movies which was great. Only point I would make is we arrived late in the evening after restaurant had closed and we asked if any food was available, they said they could leave a cold plate in the room with some cheese and salmon etc but this wasn’t enough for both of us. They didn’t mention the late night room service menu which although we had a to pay a small amount for, wouldn’t have minded at all. Luckily we read this was an option and ordered a late night pizza which was delicious. Really lovely hotel and staff. Would definitely stay again!

We came as a party of 3 females as a family girls trip. We was absolutely blown away! I was very sceptical about this hotel due to us being bed & breakfast as I always do all inclusive but I'm so glad we did bed and breakfast. We found out we were upgrade to a private pool room which was an amazing surprise for us all. The room was beautiful and very spacious for 3 people. l'd l were too add anything to the room to make it better it would be more storage space but that's only something little. The food was very nice, like I said we did bed and breakfast and I'm not really a breakfast person but l must say I had breakfast 6 times in my week stay and l really enjoyed it. Service from the bar staff and waiters and waitresses were very good. Everything we ordered we were given with no complications. The hotel is very clean and the cleaners do an amazing jo on the rooms. We did a day trip to Rhodes which was really good. We used the TUl rep to book our coach there and back which was very helpful. We also did a boat trip but we used the man on the beach at the hotel. We paid €35 each and it was 10-3pm and we had plenty of stops to swim in the sea and the staff onboard were brilliant. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip I would say the entertainment wasn't amazing but we did go at the start of the holiday season so it may change as the summer seasons continue Thank you so much for our lovely stay xx

I went with my partner and our young child. We had such a lovely stay. All of the staff were child friendly (Pari at breakfast and the cleaners especially), there was a great selection of food at breakfast, the pools were great and there were so many nice restaurants near to the hotel for us to explore. We had plenty of space in our room, everything was kept immaculately clean. It's proximity to Lindos means it's great for a day/evening visit. We would definitely go back.

ALL THE 'BACKGROUND' STAFF NEED CONGRATULATING ie CLEANERS, CHEFS, MAINTENANCE AND GENERAL RESTAURANT WORKERS FOR THE WONDERFUL JOB THEY DO. WE WOULD ALSO LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT OTHERS BY NAME FOR THEIR ABOVE AND BEYOND HELP AND KINDNESS: VALENTINA, KIKI AND MANOLIS FOR A WONDERFUL BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE. We booked based on TA reviews & were not disappointed. The hotel is wonderful, spacious, nicely decorated and immaculately clean with fabulous gardens full of blooms of all colours. The bed & pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced in any hotel. There are plenty of pools to choose from and always a space to find or take the short walk to the beach. Whilst the buffet restaurant is excellent with an amazing choice, and we loved having breakfast there each morning (thank you Valentina) , the real stars are the a la carte restaurants. They all serve restaurant (not just hotel) quality food - the lobster night at Asterias is worth every single penny. The app for ordering drinks around the pool was a revelation and the staff at the pool were always excellent (especially Veronica). The spa is lovely and definitely worth a visit, the hot stones massage was lovely & relaxing (thank you Eva). Whilst there is very little around the hotel (it is relatively close to Lindos if you want to explore) it is completely perfect for a luxury relaxing break in the sun. Highly recommend. The excellent TA reviews are completely justified!
