Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort and Villas

From the moment we arrived, this hotel was nothing short of perfection. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to cater to our every need. Their hospitality made our stay feel so special and personal. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was outstanding — easily the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Every corner, from the rooms to the common areas, was spotless and well-maintained. The food was exceptional across the board. Whether dining at the à la carte restaurants or enjoying the buffet, everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend opting for the premium all-inclusive package — every meal, snack, and drink (including branded options) was included and available whenever we wanted. The pool areas felt like paradise — peaceful, beautifully designed, and the perfect place to unwind. We also rented a car through the on-site rental company, and the process couldn’t have been easier. Picking up and dropping off the car directly from the hotel car park was seamless and stress-free. Even the little touches, like the reception arranging taxis, were done with care. The taxi service they use was consistently professional, with excellent drivers and clean, comfortable vehicles. What really stood out to us was how the staff went above and beyond when on our last day my husband was feeling unwell with a bad migraine. The hotel staff were so caring and attentive — they kindly let us use a room for the day after we had already checked out, so he could rest comfortably before our evening transfer. That gesture alone speaks volumes about the heart of this place. This is the kind of hotel where you’re truly looked after from start to finish. You’re made to feel like one of the family, and the level of care and attention is something I’ll never forget. I honestly cannot fault a single thing. If you’re looking for a flawless, relaxing, and genuinely warm experience — this is the place to go! Cannot wait to come back one day! Wishing you all at Atrium Palace a great Summer season! We visited Atrium Palace mid May. Although not our first time in Rhodes it was our first time staying here. We chose this hotel based on the reviews and we were certainly not disappointed! If you’re looking for a hotel that treats you like royalty and makes you feel at home, this is the place. Staff 10 out of 10!!!! Well.. where do we start?! Each and every single member of staff we encountered during our stay were so welcoming, kind and caring. We would love to name each individual but the list would be huge! However we would like to say a big thank you to Apostolos Eleftheropoulus (hotel manager) for making sure our stay here was extra special. The floating breakfast was beautiful and definitely something to remember 🥰 To Christoss (beach bartender) for the best service at the beach and in the evening at the bar. You made us laugh every evening without fail! And to Giorgos (pool bartender) for the best service at the pool! YAMAS! Thank you for making our holiday one to remember ❤️ We look forward to returning again next year 🇬🇷

I have to say this hotel was outstanding! We went for a week with our 7 month old baby and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. A cot, steriliser and baby changing mat were all set up in our room for arrival with baby toiletries too. Upon arrival, we were offered a welcome drink and taken to our room. The hotel was clean, well kept and the rooms were immaculate. House keeping were on it with always making sure our room was cleaned, towels replaced and bins emptied, sometimes twice a day due to the baby. The gourmet restaurants were incredible, we went to them at least twice on our stay. We chose to stay in a room with a private pool which worked out well with the baby but the main pool was amazing. The gym also has really good equipment for a workout. There is alot to do on site. One afternoon we popped to the mini market on site (the lady working in there was lovely) grabbed some drinks and went to play mini golf. There’s also giant chess and a private beach which isn’t too busy. I have to say the staff always went above and beyond with their service. Always smiling and friendly and were really good with our baby too, always making a fuss ❤️ I definitely recommend this hotel, I can see why it has so many great reviews.
