Atlantica Imperial Resort - Adults Only

Booked all-inclusive through TUI arrived with a little trepidation as this hotel is larger than our normal preference. But we needn't have worried, Arrived early hours of the morning. Check-in was smooth and efficient and a sandwich (gluten free available) was waiting in our room. Room 360 was very modern and luxurious with good size balcony. We booked partial Seaview but our view was fantastic. Large walk-in shower and luxury toiletries. Excellent breakfast with gluten free choices. No wristbands but signing for drinks. Bar was efficient and also service to sunbeds. Sunbeds by the pool but also in shady areas among the trees. Short walk down to sand/shingle beach. Good lunch options in main restaurant, great service especially from Alex, Cosmo and Vaso. Food also available in snack bar. Beautiful top floor bar with great service and occasional music. We didn't use the a la carte restaurants as we prefer wider choice at the themed buffet in main restaurant. Welcoming maître de and we were escorted to a table and drink orders taken promptly Restaurant area could become busy at times but food here was excellent quality. Well labelled dishes for allergy information. Good sized swimming pool with payable cabanas if desired. No problem getting a sunbed. Occasional low key evening entertainment in outside bar, some better than others. Good quality cocktails and drinks, service very good especially from Carl. Wifi worked well. We met lots of people who had been returning year after year which says it all.

Not sure what people need on here so will concentrate on what I was looking for before we came away. The room we had was amazing, a junior suite with swim up. Can't fault it. The food was plentiful, loads of different dishes. Mostly buffet style. There were a few freshly cooked things on offer but mostly not. The choice was excellent though. Lovely puddings. The staff were friendly and helpful. Free bottles of water delivered every day. No complaints at all.

My wife and I stayed at the Atlantica Imperial Resort between 19th & 26th October 2024 and had a fantastic time. I chose this hotel based on the positive reviews on Tripadvisor and I'm happy to report that those reviews were accurate. It was 01:00 in the morning when we arrived and we were warmly greeted with champagne and issued with a meal voucher as we had missed the evening meal. Our room type was a 'Swim up junior suite with terrace' and we both loved the room. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, spacious and very comfortable. We were half-board and and only ate in the main restaurant and the service there was very efficient. The food was of high quality, plenty of choice etc and also plenty of options for vegetarians. There was entertainment of some sort every night but we didn't attend so I can't comment on the entertainment. There were always sun loungers available in the pool area although the loungers on the beach get taken by mid-morning. The hotel is right on the beach and the water was clear and perfect for swimming. I have nothing but praise for the hotel staff - friendly, helpful, organised, smiling. I got the impression that they are a well trained, motivated and happy team. In a nutshell, the hotel exceeded our expectations and I can't fault it on any level and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Our experience at Atlantica Imperial Resort was unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth of Greek hospitality with a wonderful welcome at reception that set the tone for our stay. The lobby itself is stunning, with tall palm trees and a beautiful waterfall that creates such a calming atmosphere. Our room was modern, well-equipped, and we loved having direct access to the swim-up pool—it was such a treat! The main restaurant had a great atmosphere, and the food was delicious with so many options to enjoy. The spa complex was beyond amazing, a true place for relaxation and rejuvenation. We also had a fantastic experience with the hotel photographers, who took beautiful pictures of me and my partner that we’ll cherish forever. Overall, Atlantica Imperial Resort truly went above and beyond to make our stay special, and we can’t wait to come back!

Couldn't recommend this hotel enough!! It is absolutely exceptional. This was my second time staying at the hotel, and I would go back a third if I get the chance. Service is fantastic, all staff go above and beyond to ensure all needs are met. They all speak fantastic English. Whole hotel is clean and tidy, the maids are fantastic, room cleaned daily and towels replenished daily. A big and busy hotel but never chaotic, never a fight for a sun lounger. We went as a young couple (25YOs), the hotel didn't feel too 'coupley', nice mix of people. The pool and beach area is peaceful and relaxing. Huge big pools, plenty room for everyone. Bars in the evening are beautiful, with nice big range of nice cocktails. The 'Sky Bar' is available for everyone to use but I don't think everyone is aware, so its nice and quiet! Amazing views and atmosphere. The food is the best all inclusive food we have ever had. Huge range, absolutely exceptional standard. Every night had a different theme (Asian, Italian etc) but always so much choice. Super easy bus stop right out side the hotel, very cheap local bus service (don't use the Tui busses, these are more ££), less than half an hour journey to Lindos. Recommend going early on first bus (8;45) to get to Lindos before the crowds. Sea view room is 100% worth it, great views. We requested pool view too and they accommodated this no problem. This hotel is truly 5 star, and lives up to its fantastic reviews. 100% recommend for people who like good food, high standards, peaceful environment.

In summary a good place to stay if you want a chilled out vibe and great service. Rooms- large rooms, clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed, mini bar restocked daily, could do with alternative to beer for those of us who don't like it. Gown and towels seen better days, not fluffy or white, I know it's the end of the season but come on. Can't speak highly enough of the ladies who service the rooms, exceptional. Bar- great service, drinks a bit hit and miss, post mix , not a fan, watery and flat, prefer bottle or cans should be part of all inclusive. Great you have water stations. No pool service bit disappointing. Food -Hit and miss, we went at a quiet time of the year, it's a very small area to get food and such a large dining area, was busy a couple of nights and lots of people queuing around the hot food island , it was comical as nobody knew where the end of the que was. Need more freshly cooked offerings, such as meat , fish , I would have expected more greek food, the themed nights didn't really hit the mark. The lab however was good. breakfast i think it lacked the variety I've experienced in other AI, quality was questionable. Never went to the speciality restaurants as nothing on the menu appealed. Pool- braved it twice , was freezing, the hotel description when booking said the pools are heated in Oct, it wasn't which was a shame as prevented people from swimming. I think same applied to the swim up as never saw anyone in them although they were occupied. Entertainment - Interesting, not much going on during the day, evening some good , such as the three female singers, the other groups a bit dull. A lot of people felt evening entertainment was lacking. Spa- great, well worth it. Went on the hotel bus to Rhodes old town which was worth it about 30-40 min 12 euros round trip. Tip if you want a late check out, book at the hotel but do it in advance as one day they can accommodate next they can't. All in all had a lovely relaxing time but a few improvements would make it 5 stars from me.
