I guess I'm not ready to make a rebooking because of serious physical problems. You always call on the booked. Just make human decisions and act in a manner of understanding.

Excellent stay... the hotel is in a very good location in the center of Troisforf and across from the train station with which you are in Cologne in a few minutes. Breakfast is wonderful and the service of the staff is excellent! Clean rooms! The only negative was a staff member at the hotel reception when we left the last day when he told us that we owed breakfast all day while I showed her the booking that breakfast was paid.We had to pay four mornings for 2 people. Fortunately we informed Trip.com and he returned us the money. I can't understand what the particular employee was seeing on her computer for our reservation!
