Nice place for couples it's very well maintained and offers a romantic atmosphere.

CityHub’s location was perfect! Right in the heart of downtown Reykjavík. The hot tub was absolutely fabulous during a cold morning rain. The rooms were futuristic looking with lights and sounds depending on your choice of mood. The beds were super clean and comfortable! Their key card was a wristband that you could place over your wrist so you don’t have to worry about losing your hotel card or trying to figure out the code to your room. The bathrooms were spotless and had continuous music with a good beat playing from the background so you can listen and dance a bit while brushing your teeth. They had a great system used in the dining area when pulling your own draft beer or other drinks and the atmosphere at night was peaceful and relaxing. The morning shift staff member which I believed was the owner was extremely friendly and helpful as well as the night shift staff member. However, there was one day shift staff member that wasn’t so helpful and was quick to negative judgement. There was also an additional fee that wasn’t mentioned when booking the room online. Other guesthouses did not allow it or it was probably already added into the package deal that you bought.

The front desk staff are sweet, attentive and helpful with ideas on things to do. One particularly wonderful staff member helped me locate a nearby local park in iceland with serene water nearby. Also, they have ritual bath products, clean bathrooms and the hubs are quiet. You can sit up in the hubs but my favorite area is the hangout area where you can just chill with other travelers. Also nearby supermarket bonus and restaurants.

The place is very clean. The service and front desk help are good too. I felt secure at the location. This was my first time staying in a capsule-type accommodation. Was able to find paid street parking nearby.

The location is good as it close to bus stop 6 which is convenient for different tour to pick up. Besides the kitchen and toilet are clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I feel great staying here.

Great place right in the city centre, very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities! I would definitely stay here again. Had a great time!

Staff were friendly and location is just right in the middle of the city centre. However, there is only one microwave, one kettle and one fridge shared among all people so there might be some waiting time when making food. There is also no stove for cooking, so you can only microwave stuff to eat.

Staff was friendly. i paid for the breakfast - got a bag of food including a drink, a bread, an apple, a small box of granola and jam, and a yogurt and a free access to coffee machine - nothing fancy but good enough to feel full and energised. i was pleased to be able to choose the room type (upper beds or lower beds). i particularly enjoyed using the kitchen and the common area as the design was so nice and well-equipped. i was able to make my own meal there. Highly recommended!
