This is a modern residence with communal pool.
It is located in a complex of two residences.
The house is 200 sq. on two levels.
It has 4 bedrooms with the capacity to accommodate up to 10 people and 2.5 bathrooms.
On the upper floor you will find the living room with satellite Tv, dining room, kitchen fully equipped with all electrical appliances as well as small appliances. On the same floor there is a wc and verandas equipped with outdoor lounge and outdoor dining area.
The northern terrace has unobstructed sea views and the south-facing pool terrace.
On the lower floor you will find a large bedroom of 32 sq. with its own bathroom a double bed and a sofa that is also a double bed.
Continue there is the laundry room, ironing.
Continuing you can find another smaller bedroom with a sofa that becomes a double bed and across from this a bathroom.
Finally two more bedrooms with two double beds and direct access to the pool.
All the bedrooms have a terrace and the bedroom with the sofa bed window.
In the downstairs lobby that has direct access to the pool you will find a small auxiliary kitchen with a small fridge which serves the needs of the floor and the pool.
The pool area:
The pool is 25 m². and you will find sun loungers and armchairs.
There is air conditioning on all floors as well as fireplace and underfloor heating for natural gas for the winter months.
Internet is available on all floors and outdoors.
Bed linen, towels, etc. are provided.

The University of Crete is located in the Gallou. The residence is about 1.5 km from the university.
